Cozy, romantic and silent apartment completely surrounded by a nice garden in the Navigli neighbourhood in Milan. A unique location, recently renovated, personalized heating, suitable for two people or a small family. From every of its 5 windows you'll see plants and garden. Walking distance to the turistic area of Navigli and the centre of Milan. Actually I think this location is really unique in Milan and rare in every city. You'll find a small very kind tiny apartment, settled in a old building (early 1800), with a nice and silent courtyard. The apartment is completely surrounded by a wonderfu garden ideally located in respect of Navigli neighbourhood. Suitable for 2 people, enterely renewed in july 2018, especially for short time rental. - Indipendent heating with room thermostate, programmed heating or manual. - Free wireless fast internet connection obviously available 24h/day. - Fully equipped with kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, all pots and pans needed. - Living room with a double sofa bed - Bedroom with double bed of 160*200 cm (4 feet), providing ample space underneath for luggage and other objects - Bathroom with shower and endless hot water - Blankets, sheets, linens, towels, toelet paper, in suitable doses to persons staying - Coffee, oil, salt, spices, detergents and any basic alimentary needings provided - Walk-in closet, with space for hanging plus washing machine. An iron is also equipped.
