About this property

Our 4 cottages at La Julerie have been designed and created to make comfortable holiday homes. They have been built in the traditional Breton style, but furnished to meet all modern requirements. La Julerie provides an ideal centre for all visitors.

Whilst the majority of guests in the summer will be coming to this part of the Cote D´Armor to enjoy the sea, others will wish to be out on the golf courses or be walking, horse riding, cycling, visiting museums or any of the many Breton events that take place throughout the year. Our heated indoor swimming pool and leisure area gives you the opportunity to engage in all the year around activities.

Naturally there will be guests who will seek no more than using part of their holidays to relax in the peaceful environment of La Julerie.

un hâvre de paix breton

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la julerie. Il nie manque rien dans le gite. Le gérant est sur place et il est a notre écoute. Il n'est pas avare de bon conseil. C'était parfait

Gîte très agréable, au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Julerie. Le gîte du Grenier est bien équipé et tout confort. Idéal pour notre réveillon avec des amis ! La maison est très bien chauffée et nous avons adoré profiter de la cheminée. Le plus : la salle commune où les jeunes ont pu se retrouver et jouer. Une adresse que nous retiendrons !

Para recordar

Como digo en el título hemos tenido una estancia para recordarla mucho tiempo. La casa (estuvimos tres personas en Les Étables aux hirondelles) es perfecta, con todo lo que puedas desear y su situación es ideal para recorrer esos pueblos y lugares que te transportan a otros tiempos. Sitios como Dinan, Mont St Michel, Cap Frehel, Saint Malo, Broceliande o la costa de granito rosa tienen algo especial que no te deja olvidarlos. Agradecer a Lydiane y Robert el trato que nos dieron y sus esfuerzos por entenderse con nosotros que no conocemos su idioma. Esperamos reencontrarnos pronto. Marc, Pili y Xavi.

Quand on aime La Julerie, on y retourne !

Nous connaissons bien la Julerie et apprécions y revenir régulièrement. Nous avons connu ce gîte un peu par hasard et il faut dire qu'il a très bien fait les choses ! Cela fait maintenant 5 fois que nous y sommes allés ! En quelques années, le confort s'est amélioré mais dès le début, la discrétion et la sympathie des hôtes étaient au rendez-vous. Nous avons testé La Vieille Ferme et Le Grenier, selon le nombre d'occupants. Chaque fois, le même confort ! Quant à la piscine couverte/découverte, c'est un moyen exceptionnel de profiter de la Bretagne par tous les temps. En plus, les aménagements ont été faits en respectant les lieux originaux et en pensant au développement durable : récupérations des eaux de pluie, géothermie... A conseiller en toutes saisons !

Genial

Estuvimos una semana este mes de Agosto y todo fue muy bien. Robert nos facilitó por correo todo tipo de información. La casa está muy bien, totalmente equipada, y el entorno es ideal para ir con niños (piscina, animales, parque,etc...) Gracias por todo Robert.

What makes this property unique

25% non-refundable deposit is to be paid on confirmation of a booking, the balance is then paid 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment by bank transfer is requested; cheques from France are acceptable, but all other euro cheques attrrat bank charges which will have to be paid by the guests.
A security deposit of 250 Euros is taken from guests on arrival and held until the gite is checked at the end of their stay.
