Great spot

North Avoca is one of those areas that you would love to live in, the location of this is just perfect for the beach and a short 2 min drive to terrigal main town. The place was clean and neat with a good size tv to watch movies on those rainy nights.

Weekend Stay

Easy to check in. Very clean property. Great location. Really short walk to the beach and a cafe. Use of BBQ and deck is nice addition. Owners are upstairs but does not hinder quality of stay at all. Would recommend.

Great location, neat and tidy.

The place was tidy. The location is ideal for a beach getaway. Short walk to Avoca beach with a dog friendly area and short drive to Terrigal. Tasteful, minimalist decor but comfortable, made you feel at home. The only problem - we didn’t book it for long enough. 😁 Would book again.

Great accommodation close to beach

Lovely 2 bed property - it’s basically the ground floor of the two-storey house, with the owner living upstairs (you can hear them walking around upstairs but they were only there for the last 24hrs of my stay). The house is in a great location, 5 min walk to dog-friendly beach, with cafe and general store 2 mins down the road. Great area with lots of beautiful beaches to explore Only downside is that the house doesn’t get lots of sun (in Autumn), there isn’t an outdoor sunny spot to sit (may be different in summer), but overall great place to stay

Great location

After a disappointing start to the holiday, whereby we couldn't get in contact with the owner for 1.5hrs to get the check-in code, the rest of the holiday was great. The property is in a fabulous location right near Nth Avoca beach and cafe, it was very clean with linen provided, and pet-friendly which was a must for us. The owner offered us a late check-out of 12pm due to the miscommunication at the start which was well received. Although there is apparently someone living upstairs, we never saw or heard them, so felt it was very private. I would recommend this property.

Great location & nice clean apartment

Apartment is the whole lower floor which includes a nice deck to sit out on and enjoy the sound of the ocean (literally you can be at the beach in under a minute!) We had everything that we needed ....and beds Were Comfortable. The bedroom smelled a little of cigarette smoke but we kept windows open during the day and used air freshener which sorted it out. A couple of days before we were due to check out the bathroom lights and fan shorted, we tried to rest the fuse box but kept shorting so we had no lights. Contacted property but no answer. Would have expected something like this to be top priority. Next day lights were ok but we were cautious and didn't use the fan in case that tripped the circuit. Over all a good stay with great amenities and a cute apartment would happily have stayed longer.

Great location and good space but bathroom ceiling is covered in dangerous levels of black mould and the bathroom bin was full of bloody pads and tampons on arrival.Normally not one to write bad reviews but I’m pregnant and it was an overwhelming sight. Really needs to be fixed. Once the cleaning is sorted it would deserve 5 stars. Incredible location near the cafe and beach and close to Terrigal.

Myself,my son,his wife and their baby girl stayed and we all enjoyed our stay at North Avoca.Whilst the property was not luxurious it was very comfortable,clean,and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay.It was very safe and secure for a child under 2 years. It was as I expected it to be.We would definitely stay there again.Close to great beaches and all amenities

We had a nice stay but it was a small property with some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The photos looked better than what it was. The trundle bed was very dusty and was broken so we just used the mattress. It says sleeps 6 but it really only sleeps 5 comfortably.

Nice property and great location

The property inside met expectations. The location is fantastic. As we were checking in after dark, we really struggled to access the property. Instructions about key access were clear but we didn't know where the front door of property was. It was so dark and had been raining. We had to move heavy bins. There was a ladder we almost hit on the entrance at side. Next time, a sensor light would be helpful.

Beautiful beach stay

We had a great family holiday here. Fantastic location right near North Avoca beach off leash area perfect for our dog and us to enjoy. Property was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. Exactly as described and easy to check in. Would definitely stay again - thank you

Great Location

Lovely location amongst nice beach homes, close to dog friendly surf beach, good cafe and general store. The property is a lower duplex which is modern, clean, good layout so very enjoyable - however, that can change significantly if someone stays in the duplex above you. You can hear every foot step, conversation and they access via your front deck and straight past your front door. Their hot water heater is also straight outside your bedroom window. Great place BUT, make sure no one is staying above whilst your there..

Perfection in North Avoca

Cute holiday accomodation. So close to beach cafes and restaurants. Great for family beach holiday and pet friendly is a wonderful bonus.
