soggiorno da favola

il villaggio è ottimamente curato ben attrezzato, bella piscina pulita e grande oltre che vicinissima all'appartamento, abbiamo trovato i locali confortevoli e accessoriati perfettamente persino nel giardino privato, luminosissimo e seminuovo, la signorina della reception molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio ampio sia al residence sia alla spiaggia antistante di LOZARl (grande e bellissima con attrezzature per sport acquatico, con sabbia grossa e bianca, nemmeno un'alga! ) poteva comunque anche raggiungerla in 10 minuti a piedi. Il supermercato grandino è a 50 metri dal villaggio.Tutto perfetto!!

Nous avons passé deux nuits avec notre petit garçon. La chambre est pratique et bien localisée mais elle commence à qe daire vétuste. Quelques rafraîchissements seraient nécessaires

Sejour agréable

Lieu relativement propre sejour agreable le wifi ne fonctionne pas tres bien a l'intérieur des appartements. Dommage que la piscine ferme aussi tot. Il y a supermarché et primeur a portée de pieds. Possibilité de louer barbecue.

Les moins : literie avec tâches douteuse. Pas de climatisation. Dessus des meubles de cuisine couverts de gras. L'entretien globale de la résidence ne semble pas une priorité pour les propriétaires. Plaqués chauffantes rouillées qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons dû changer d'appartement.

Résidence hôtel très bien située.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, résidence idéalement situé, proche de l'ile rousse, des plages et commerce à proximité. Les villages sont proches aussi puisque résidence en contre bas de la colline.

Résidence agréable proche très jolie plage

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine en Avril, l'appartement était facile d'accès, une terrasse est à disposition de chaque appartement avec table et parasol : très profitable. Info pratique : un supermarché a ouvert en face du centre de vacances, il est très pratique pour se ravitailler surtout pour l'été où la circulation pour rejoindre les commerces de l'île rousse est très dense d'après ce que nous on dit les habitants. Seul point à améliorer : la literie du lit double était assez rigide. Très bon séjour, sommes prêts à y retourner et à recommander cet hébergement. Le personnel y est sympathique et réactif.

Volledig uitgevoerd doch minder sfeer.

Alles waar we op hadden gehoopt was aanwezig zoals heteluchtoven, vaatwasser, terrasje, openslaande deuren enz. Alles was praktisch nieuw en vertoonde geen gebreken of beschadigingen. Wel misten we wat sfeer in de vorm van een schemerlampje en een "luie stoel". Buiten de driezits slaapbank waren er slechts 4 eetkamerstoelen en een keukentafel aanwezig. Geen winkel ter plaatse. Dichtstbijzijnde winkel op 8 km. Mooi zwembad aanwezig. Alles schoon.

Notre séjour n'a pas pu se faire dans cet hôtel, nous avons su la veille qu'ils avaient un problème technique et ils nous ont renvoyé sur un autre organisme tout près de ce lieu. Les bruits courent qu'ils seraient en dépôt de bilan..... Donc impossible de vous dire quoi que ce soit sur cet hôtel......N'arrivant pas à vous envoyer ce message sans mettre des avis, je coche des cases mais bien sûr c'est inapproprié.

un vehicule est indispensable

un appartement que l'on pourrait qualifié de luxueux dans les matériaux, la configuration des lieux. le point négatif est l'absence de climatisation qui rend la mezzanine inutilisable pour dormir en période de forte chaleur. Heureusement nous n'étions que 4 dans un appartement conçu pour 6. au demeurant un très bon séjour dans un endroit paradisiaque.

Rolig leilighetskompleks nær strand

Dette er ikke et ordinært hotell, men et leilighetskompleks. Det må betales et tillegg for sengetøy og håndklær dersom man ikke har dette med seg. Det er et rolig sted, godt vedlikeholdt og med fint basseng på området. Det er gangavstand til en fin strand, men kun et lite spisested i gangavstand. Ca 7 km til nærmeste by. Man må disponere bil for å handle mat og reise på utflukter. Det er ikke aircondition i leilighetene. Vennlig betjening i resepsjonen og god service.

Résidence récente et propre

Tres bon accueil, résidence propre. Voiture indispensable. Appartement tout confort et moderne. Super terrasse. Préférence demander appartement en étage sinon les terrasse donne sur les passages piéton. Dommage qu'il n'y est pas d'avantage d'information pratique sur le site internet. Je recommande cette résidence pour visiter les alentours.

Litt misfornøyd

Det var ting som manglet av kjøkkenutstyr, blant annet bestikk , glass , feiekost,Wc børste,og utebordet var et stort hull i midten på slik at parasoll ikke kunne stå oppreist i bordet. Det var 2 parasollføtter der men parasollen passet ikke noen av de . Da vi klagde på dette ble ingenting gjordt av personalet. Vi måtte gå gjennom liste og registrere alt av utstyr i leiligheten når vi kom dit ,men ingenting ble komplettert når vi kom tilbake med listen vår.I tillegg måtte vi betale et depositum på 300 euro, noe vi ikke visste på forhånd. Vi måtte dra på butikken og kjøpe vaske utstyr:oppvaskklut vaskemiddel,såpe,toalettpapir,noe vi mener bør være i leiligheten når man leier.

Bien, sauf sur un point

Tout est parfait, sauf un point : le service de la résidence entre dans notre appartement pendant notre absence et sans nous en informer... C'est dérangeant. Nous nous en sommes aperçus car suite à l'état des lieux d'entrée le tuyau de douche a été changé au cours d'une journée. Au final, soit c'est un hôtel et ils entrent quand ils veulent, mais font le ménage + les lits ; soit c'est une résidence, et ils n'entrent pas quand ils veulent, car si des objets nous appartenant avaient disparu, il aurait été impossible de justifier quoi que ce soit...

La promiscuité.

Les uns sur les autres, il ne faut pas avoir un voisin avec des jeunes enfants sinon, debout à 7H00 !!! De plus il faut payer pour tout, du kit vaisselle à la serviette de bain en passant par le drap supplémentaire, sans parler du WiFi. Je pense avoir fait une erreur de choix sur cet hôtel, il ne correspondait pas à ce que nous cherchions, mais c'est de ma faute. Néanmoins, 3 étoiles largement sur-estimées à mon avis.

Moderne Anlage, Lozari-Strand sehr Nahe

Das Residhotel Les Terrasses de Lozari liegt ca, 500m von dem herrlichen Sandstrand Lozari entfernt. Nachteil: Die Hauptstraße muss überquert werden. Es geht auch mit dem Auto - ein Parkplatz am Strand bietet reichend Platz. Die Umgebung ist sonst etwas trostlos - das Grün in der Anlage muss noch etwas wachsen. Die Gebäude sind gut verschachtelt. Unser Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und modern inkl. Spülmachine. Im Schlafraum gab es ausreichend Schränke zum verstauen. Das Pool liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne, ausreichend Liegen sind vorhanden. Nächster interessanter Ort ist Ile Rousse ungefähr 15 Minuten entfernt.

Résidence hôtel appropriée pour la famille. Prestations de bonne qualité. Possibilité de réserver le pain et les croissants pour le petit déjeuner appréciable. Piscine agréable mais bruyante pour les logements avoisinants.

Sehr nett und sauber aber teilweise noch eine Baustelle und sehr hellhörig

Positiv: - sehr nette englisch sprechende Mitarbeiter am Empfang - sehr saubere Wohnung - schöner Pool - netter Strand direkt gegenüber - neue moderne Einrichtung Negativ: - sehr hellhörig, wenn oben drauf jemand wohnt der einen anderen Schlaf/Wach Rythmus hat, viel Spaß. - Etwas ab vom Schuß, ca 10km zum Ort / Einkaufsmöglichkeit - Zufahrt vom Parkplatz ist eine ziemliche Staubpiste, was nicht weiter schlimm wäre, wenn sie nicht an den Terassen der Wohnungen vorbeigehen würde. Dadurch ist es unmöglich draussen Handtücher etc zu trocken, alles verstaubt. Morgens beim Frühstück haben wir uns nach innen verzogen und die Fenster geschlossen was sehr schade war. - Parkplatz selbst ist auch unbefestigt, direkt an den Häusern sind zu wenige und für nicht Kleinwagen viel zu enge Parkbuchten. Einzig die Behindertenparkbuchten waren breit genug für unser Auto, was dazu führte das ich in der ersten Nacht vor unsere Terasse parkte. Wohlgemerkt ohne jemanden zu behindern. Irgendjemand hat dann in der Nacht die Luft aus einem der Hinterreifen rausgelassen und das Ventil wieder aufgedreht. Andere hatten auch Probleme mit einem taschenlampen tragenden Menschen der Nachts Zettel auf dem Parkplatz verteilt hat wenn jemand den Behindertenparkplatz belegte.
