As the reviews said, this hotel location was extremely convenient. Also all the amenities were great. My husband and I were exited to see a laundry machine and an oven. The room was very spacious. We enjoyed very much our 5 days staying. Addition to that There are lots of cool places around this hotel like great bars and restaurants. Also Ferry service is 7 mins walking distance.

Barclay Suites

Very central, convenient location. Nice and clean but is an older property. Missing plug in ensuite basin and shower drain was iffy too. It had everything you needed to have an enjoyable stay.

Great location. Great value for money. Lift was slow and the hallways were a bit tatty. Let down by the breakfast down stairs as the cafe is extremly small, cramped and tea and coffee was not included as part of "breakfast included"!!. Regardless, we would stay here again.

We liked the kitchen facilities and the location was close to shopping, attractions and the harbour. There is no AC in bedrooms (only living area) and one of the 3 mattresses needs replacing.

Room was nice. Walking distance to the waterfront, but it’s a climb back up. Kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there was construction right in front of the hotel (not their fault at all) which made access very confusing and difficult. The hotel sent information in advance, but until you are there trying to navigate it, you don’t really understand.

Property central location. Room was upgraded on arrival and extra nights charged at same rate for the upgraded room. We were even able to check in super early! A few issues in the room with some of the appliances but I think they just hadn’t been reported before. Mentioned to reception when we left. Would definitely return if in Auckland.
