Genial !

Sehr netter Empfang, tolle, große Wohnung, sehr sauber, geniale Lage: U-Bahn (U2), Supermärkte, Cafes, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wunderschöne Wohngegend (Prenzlauer Berg). Wir haben auch tolle Tips für Unternehmungen bekommen. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir schon wieder unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort planen.

Ideal für eine Stadtreise Berlin

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral, aber sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns als 5 - köpfige Familien sehr wohlgefühlt, und viel unternommen. Es war auch schön in einer ruhigen Wohnung wieder auftanken zu können. Es war sehr sauber. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) und viele Restaurants + Cafes waren um die Ecke.

slightly disappointing

One major disappointment is that new towels are supplied every day. We were not informed to pick up new ones every day at the time of registration. It will be better if they provide us with new towels and take used ones every day, as is usually done in hotels. Others are OK including kitchen facilities, easy access to the public transportation, and safety.

Appartamento carino, pulito e ben servito da mezzi

L'appartamento è molto pulito e ben servito dalla metro con due o tre fermate vicine, oltre ai tram e bus. Anche la posizione è tranquilla, ma giusto dietro l'angolo ci sono molti ristoranti, pub,bar, un parco per bambini, alcuni negozi alimentari etc,insomma molto ben servito; è spazioso , luminoso, pulito personale della reception (che non è nel palazzo ma a dieci minuti a piedi) molto gentile, unica pecca si trova in un vecchio palazzo privo di ascensore ed il nostro era al 4 piano per loro che però non contano il piano terra ....e sebbene siamo gente in forma, la sera dopo aver girato molto in città farsi quei 90 gradini è stato un po pesa. Se dovessi tornare a Berlino probabilmente ci tornerei ma chiedendo l'appartamento del primo piano!!!! Grazie cmq allo staff molto puntuale e cordiale nel rispondere alle mie email e sottolineo di nuovo struttura ottima e rispondente alle immagini pubblicate su Expedia.

Great place and location.

We were a family of five and this place was great. It was close to the train stations and bus stations. It was a nice big place with a fully equipped kitchen. Beds were nice and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. We had a great stay.

Super Lage!

Es hat uns, Familie mit 3 Kindern sehr gut gefallen! Zentrale aber ruhige Lage! Bäckerei, Restaurants, Eisdiele alles um die Ecke. Küche ein bisschen spartanisch ausgestattet, aber ansonsten alles prima. Parkplatz-Organisation super. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Mooi appartement dichtbij het centrum.

Eem ruim appartement dat schoon was en in een rustige buurt. Dichtbij een supermarkt. En ook dichtbij het centrum en de vele bezienswaardigheden. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig.

We had a great stay at Apartments Zehdenicker Strasse. The rooms were very cosy, the area was perfect for us as we were looking for somewhere that was a bit quirky! We were upgraded to a bigger apartment, as it hadn't been booked which was very nice of the owners! Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend staying for anyone looking for a trip to Berlin.

Excellent apartment in traditional street

Arrived late due to delayed flight. Check in staff could not have been more helpful. He cycled the short distance from the office to the property to let us in, and was happy to help us orientate ourselves in the city. Lots of friendly local travel advice as we checked in. Perfect accommodation, with some fresh coffee and a coffee machine. Good location for travel into the main tourist areas. Choice of restaurants nearby. Louisiana Kid near Rosa Luxembourg Station was cheap, with great food and friendly staff.

Great Value, Excellent Location

My family of 5 spent 4 days at OTC and had a marvelous time. We were central to the key attractions in Berlin. The subway and bus stops are very close and provide excellent access to the best of Berlin. We very much enjoyed our stay at OTC and would recommend.

Hôtel bien situé.Proche des transports en communs et d'un supermarché ouvert de 7h30 0 minuit. Attention hôtel sans ascenseur ni lave vaisselle. C'est toutefois très spacieux, très propre. Accueil à l'agence sympa malgré notre arrivée hors horaires d'ouverture. Il suffit de prévenir.

Grymt läge på lugn gata

Grymt läge på lugn tvärgata nära många bra restauranger. Två sovrum & kök/badrum. Internet med väldigt hög hastighet ingår. Det ligger två tunnelbanestationer inom några minuters gångväg. Tar ca 10 min att promenera till Alexanderplatz. Hade gärna bott här igen. Familj med två tonåringar och en fyraåring.
