The room (including the bathroom) was spacious with an excellent mountain view out the windows. It was equipped with necessary kitchen appliances and a kettle was provided upon request, though some basic kitchen utensils were missing.

The check in process has been very fast and easy, the place is quite easy to find and the staff kind and helpful. The only complaints are about the lack of air conditioning, together with the noises coming from the road
 a simple fan in the room didn’t help at all as the outside temperatures were above 30 and the inside followed turning our nights into a noisy nightmare

Dato che non c'Ú l'aria condizionata, le camere sono dotate di un ventilatore molto efficace, bisogna solo avere un pochino di pazienza e cambiare il giro d'aria...non resterete delusi! È un ottimo posto, si dorme bene e la colazione Ú buonissima, noi siamo rimasti soddisfatti!

Passez votre chemin !

Cela dĂ©passe l'entendement. Avant le sĂ©jour, je demande si possible une chambre au calme. RĂ©sultat Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, alors que l'hĂŽtel n'Ă©tait pas complet, nous sommes cĂŽtĂ© rue, au-dessus de l'arrĂȘt de tram et des rodĂ©os de nuit... L'hĂŽtel est rĂ©cent, mais dans un Ă©tat assez inquiĂ©tant. Cela commence avec les moquettes tĂąchĂ©es et sales des couloirs. Il faisait 38 degrĂ©s dehors et pratiquement autant Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, faute de clim, Ă©co-nomie oblige... Impossible d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres avec le bruit de la rue donc vous ĂȘtes dans un sauna. Appartement non entretenu. Le store de la grande fenĂȘtre Ă©tait cassĂ© et bloquĂ© en bas. La petite fenĂȘtre ne peut pas s'ouvrir, car elle est bloquĂ©e par le radiateur : la conception laisse songeur. Serviettes et nĂ©cessaire de toilettes pour 2 alors que nous Ă©tions 3. Le lavabo ne s'Ă©coule pas, Ă©tonnant de ne pas s'en rendre compte. Dans le canapĂ© lit, dĂ©couverte d'une boule de cheveux et plein de cheveux des clients prĂ©cĂ©dents... Le lit n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© refait ! Vaisselle sale. Pas de torchon pour l'essuyer... Cet hĂŽtel Ă©conomise sur tout. MĂȘme la rĂ©ception n'est pas Ă©clairĂ©e et se retrouve dans le noir... Petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă  16 euros, proche du hold-up. Distributeur de boissons avec tout sauf de l'eau ! Pas de fontaine Ă  eau non plus... J'ai prĂ©venu l'hĂŽtel Ă  l'issue dans leur enquĂȘte satisfaction, mais aucune rĂ©ponse. Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'un passager, ils s'en moquent pas mal et attendent les clients suivants !

Accueil décevant, chambre à revoir

Court sĂ©jour d’une nuit, rĂ©servĂ© pour 5 personnes. À notre arrivĂ©e, le rĂ©ceptionniste nous a clairement fait comprendre que cela “l’emmer*** bien” car la rĂ©servation Ă©tait pour 5 et non pour 4. Une remarque dĂ©placĂ©e, d’autant plus que je suis membre Gold et fidĂšle client Expedia/Hotel.com — j’ai donc l’habitude d’un accueil bien plus professionnel ailleurs. Concernant le parking, j’ai simplement demandĂ© si les bornes de recharge pour vĂ©hicules Ă©lectriques Ă©taient disponibles et si elles nĂ©cessitaient une carte ou un accĂšs particulier. On m’a rĂ©pondu sĂšchement que “l’électricitĂ© n’est pas gratuite”, sans autre information utile, alors que ma question visait uniquement Ă  m’organiser. La chambre n’était pas vĂ©tuste, mais l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer : joints de douche abĂźmĂ©s, taches visibles, odeur de cigarette persistante, literie usĂ©e. Aucun mot de dĂ©part ni question sur notre satisfaction lors du check-out. Le seul point positif : un cadre agrĂ©able et un centre commercial accessible Ă  pied avec de nombreux restaurants. En rĂ©sumĂ©, ce n’était pas un sĂ©jour catastrophique, mais certainement pas Ă  la hauteur des standards attendus, et je ne reviendrai pas.
