Beautiful hotel, great water view from our room, very clean and a super breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool many times, and walks into town. Staff were very helpful when required. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at The Views Monumental, the staff were very helpful, they always clean our rooms early, breakfast was good and the pool and views on the balcony was great. It’s location is the best, close to bus stop and lots of restaurants around!

It was ideal location for exploring funchal and have some relaxing time by the poor. We really enjoyed the local Lido which is just 5 mins walk. The room was spacious and spotless and the selection of food at breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was clean was sufficient for all our needs. Big breakfast buffet. Free parking. Good location for us to go out and about for the day. Not a luxury hotel but it was fine for what we were not using the hotel for. We were not there for the amenities such as pool etc.

Excellent Hotel with a absolute smashing breakfast buffet! It is close to some bus connections as well to the airport and 200m from the beach. It would be nice to have a night light in the bathroom to prevent accidents in the darkness!

Nice common areas (e.g. pool area), great staff at reception. Unfortunately, room on 5th floor was damp and smelled like mold. Stayed only one night so I did not request to change rooms (which may have been possible).
