It's a beautiful home but it felt very neglected by the owners. I had trouble from the get-go getting ahold of the owners. They seem very busy and preoccupied with other things. Upon arrival to the home, it had not been cleaned from the previous renters. Throughout our stay there were multiple issues in the home. First off, we were not made aware that the lake that is 1min walk from the home is a private lake that we aren't able to access. That should have been noted in the overview of the home. There were lots of big black ants the entire week. We had issues with the dishwasher, the TV remotes, and leaking water in the basement from the bathroom. While the home is nice and all of our issues were addressed, I still feel like this home has a lot more potential. Many homes we've visited in the past felt much more cared for- they had movies, puzzles, and games to use and a welcome guest book with information. This home had nothing of the sort.
