Nearby is a fully equipped kitchen where you’ll enjoy cooking or call upon a private chef. At the front, there is a large lounge area under the covered terrace with a high mansard ceiling, furnished with comfy sofas, a table and cushions in the breeze of the trade winds. A second outdoor dining space is set up outside, a perfect and pleasant place to have an alfresco meal, a coffee or a cocktail in front of the breathtakingly beautiful panorama. In a vegetal frame created by palm trees and hills mixed with the ocean blue hints, you’ll enjoy resting, daydreaming or lazing out.



On the outside, the terrace welcomes you around a beautiful heated infinity swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. The ocean view is stunning, as you’re watching the fabulous panorama sitting on the lounge chairs and rattan benches around the pool. This is the very perfect place for pleasant sunbathing sessions under the St-Barths sun. The plant decoration around the house brings a fresh and poetic touch to this idyllic setting.



The luxurious villa welcomes you in three beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with their adjoining bathrooms. The first suite is on the main level and has twin beds that can be converted into a king size. An office area is also available for those needing to handle urgent business. An elegant outstanding central staircase leads guests to the additional bedrooms. They are furnished with king size beds and each has a private terrace that opens onto the spectacular view.

Indoor dining room open to the terrace with ocean view that offers a table for six people, beautiful parquet flooring and original chandelier in driftwood, beige carpet with fringe and pattern, table, another small wooden table on the left side. Reach two steps up to the fresh stone terrace and you will be in another ideal dining room with chairs for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Another oversized living room opening onto the terrace with views of the heated infinity pool and the ocean, you have at your disposal white rattan sofas with white, pink and salmon cushions and a beautiful beige rattan table, this leads to an outdoor dining room with a floated wooden table and chairs which are all under the covered terrace. There are also decorative items.

Well equipped, opens onto the interior dining room opening onto the terrace with ocean views.
