Downtown Rehoboth Beach is approx. Five miles away, historic Lewes Beach is approx. Seven miles and Dewey Beach is approx. 7 miles. Visit them easily from this central location. There are also many parks and bike trails to add to the list of amenities, and plenty of golf courses are available and open to the public! Enjoy a resort-style vacation without breaking the bank!
PARKING: A private driveway for one car and overflow are available in the community.
AMENITIES: The community pool, clubhouse, ceiling fans, beach equipment, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and workstation are available to guests. Outdoor games, such as corn hole and lawn darts, are also available.
THINGS TO KNOW: One dog is permitted with a pet fee. The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The community requires guests to sign off on the rules and regulations. After you book the home, we will provide those to you. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
