A beautiful and cozy 'Garden' House within 10 minutes to the beach and close to McDill AFB and everything.
Enjoy Sunshine Florida in this sunshine garden, with a fully fenced back yard and green grass where you can enjoy BBQ.
In addition to the 3 cozy bedrooms that the whole family can enjoy, you also have a Yoga room & Office. You got everything you need in the comfy kitchen. Wake up to a Coffee Corner and wet bar.
The "Garden" House is in fact close to everything!
The space
A house with a huge front yard, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and 1 office, with a fenced back yard. Close to everything. 2 min to Wallmart. 5-7 mins to a great Italian restaurant and 10 mins to the beach along the Gandy Bridge.
Guest access
Entrance door. Gate to the backyard on the left side of the house.

If you are a foodie, check out the nearby Taste of China, or Mama's Kitchen, 'Hole in the Wall' Big Ray's Fish Camp, Beccofino Italian Bistro or Sakana Sushi, or Bayshore Mediterranean Grill. Or treat yourself to the Green Iguana Bar & Grill with creative cocktails plus cover-band tunes or Hula Bay Club Hawaiin style or try out the upscale restaurant Cru Cellars - Westshore Marina.
