Modern 2-bedroom next to Stampede +17th w/ Parking
Feel at home in our recently renovated downtown low-rise condo with great access to nearly everything in the city. I've lived in this building for nearly 10 years and am still on the condo board.
Steps to Saddledome (concerts, Flames games) or Stampede grounds or BMO center.
We try to provide everything you would need in a home away from home, and if it isn't there, please just request it!

Recently renovated with new flooring, quartz counters and new furniture. All the kitchen utensils needed for feeling at home away from home. Moen touchless kitchen faucet. High pressure rain-like showerhead. Open balcony to watch Stampede fireworks from comfort of the couch. New 60" 4K UHD Smart tv in living room.
I try to have everything you want available: Wifi; Netflix; Stocked Kitchen; Stocked bathroom products; hair blower; vanity mirror; Portable Air Conditioning; First Aid Kit; Convenience store downstairs; Iron;
If you have a request, let me know and I'll try to accommodate it within hours.
My guests will have the entire condo apartment to themselves. I will not interrupt unless there is a concern. Guests have access to a large private courtyard in the back of the building. Great for strolls and relaxing.
Free underground heated parking. (Warning low clearance)
Attached to the building is a convenience store. No need to even go outside!
Nearby are free tennis courts, parks and multitude of bike paths.
The Light Rail Passenger train is 2 blocks away to give access to all corners of the city.
We are available 24/7 with provided cell phone for calls or texts to make sure everything is expected.

We won't initiate contact, but willing to bend over backwards to help in any way we can
Conveniently located in Victoria Park, we are on the edge of 17th Ave's hustle and bustle and noise, but still within walking distance to the shopping, restaurants and bars they have to offer.
Just on the edge of the Stampede and Saddledome arena, make it perfect for visiting the grounds at your convenience.
Located within the building is a convenience store to purchase any quick snacks or forgotten household items.
Around the corner, is delicious Bernard's Callebaut Chocolate Factory, and Manuel Latruwe Patisserie for amazing cakes and breakfast pastries. Around the other corner is Shopper's Drug Mart or H Mart to stock up on fresh produce to cook at home.
Or just relax in the condo and order UberEats / Just-Eat / SkipTheDishes and have almost any restaurant delivered to you within minutes.
Within 2 blocks is a 24 hour fitness, Hot Yoga studio, Wine store, Starbucks, manicure services plus many food options.
Condo is located just off Macleod Trail South, which is a major route into downtown core.
Train station is 2 blocks away for convenient access to all parts of the city, including downtown, university or other shopping malls.
The condo was recently renovated but isn't 100% complete. We preferred to get it listed for the Summer.
Baseboards missing in closet.
Underground parking has a height restriction and full size trucks likely will not fit.
Large trucks will need to find their own parking. (Over night street parking is free from 6pm to 9am).
No parties or more guests than the reserved number. (Had bad experience).
Fees will apply. Breaking rules forfeits security deposit.
No parties or any more guests than what was booked. (Eg. If you booked 2 people. Only 2 ppl max in the unit. No guests. We have had problems with guests in the past). There are cameras at all building entrances.
