The property, Vista los Sueños, is located on the outskirts of La Paz in a more tranquil residential area, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the Malecón (the famous beachside promenade), so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots! - Swim with Whale Sharks (Season Oct 1 to April 30)

The property is approximately 15 km |9 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 196 km | 122 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Residencial Vista Los Sueños is a developing complex, and guests may experience some construction noise during their stay. Rest assured, all construction work is carried out strictly within permitted hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays until 3:00 PM.



The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



Please note that the pool is under maintenance until October 1st. As an alternative, guests can use the pool at the adjacent 'West' tower.



Please note that the pool is not heated.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



- During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. We invite all our guests to help us conserve water by following the recommendations below. We appreciate your support and understanding & must inform you that the property runs on water tanks. We provide a full cistern upon arrival. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.

1. Turn off the faucet while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth or lather your hands.

2. Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering up.

3. Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests must climb stairs to access upper-level studios. There is no elevator.

- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.

Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.



To ensure full transparency, we want to let you know that the upkeep of common areas is managed by the complex administration. While we strive to provide an excellent experience, the condition of these areas is beyond our control. By sharing this in advance, we aim to keep your expectations aligned and maintain the high standards we are committed to.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the studio and shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
