The space
Discounted rate right now because it is a new listing. I am an established Superhost with great reviews on our other Boat and decided to add another to our fleet so book the discount while you can!! I too get nervous booking a new listing with no reviews so I urge you to take a look at my other established listing where I have over (90) 5 star reviews. I enjoy doing this and strive for 5 star reviews so I go out of my way to make you happy which makes me happy

This is a 42 foot Jeanneau Sailboat that offers 3 bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms, making it perfect for couples or a small family. The cabins have ice-cold air conditioning for comfort while you sleep. The two onboard bathrooms include toilets and sinks only. Showering is done in the 24-hour private, secure marina bathhouse, located a short walk from the boat.

Tons of towels and fresh linens will be stocked on boat along with free water and coffee. There is a Free parking spot provided for your stay. A parking pass will be provided to you upon arrival. You are allowed to park right in front of the boat to unload luggage and throughout the day but you must park in the parking lot at the entrance overnight. They like to keep the pathway along the boats as clear as possible.

We usually will have snacks onboard. Any food or drink you see on board is for you so please eat and drink whatever you want. It is all for you!!

The cabins are small but cozy. The forward cabin has a single bed, and the two aft cabins have double/full beds. Each room (except the forward cabin) sleeps two comfortably, though you’ll be very close to one another (boat life).

Electrical outlets are available throughout the cabin for charging devices.

Please understand this is a sailboat, not a hotel. If you prefer wide-open hotel room space, this may not be the right fit. It is also not ideal if you have mobility issues. This is much like camping (I would say glamping) but with AC, toilets, electric and a tv, lol. That said, many guests feel it’s far cooler than a hotel—you get all the benefits of a resort plus your own private sailboat. This is way to truly get the real Key West experience including adventure, comfort, and something really unique & memorable .

The boat is clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. We’re here to make sure your time with us is as amazing as you want it to be, and we can’t wait to welcome you aboard for a unique, beautiful, and memorable Key West experience.

Things to note...
**This is a boat on the water so it may rock slightly here and there.
**You can wear your shoes on the boat getting on and off and inside but please take shoes off if you are walking on deck, the front of the boat
**Please if you use spray sunscreen wait to you are off the boat to spray on. It will make the floor very slippery and we care about your safety
**Toilets are a pump out system so a few pumps out goes the water after use and then a few pumps brings the water back in. Extremely easy and we will show you how. Toilets are for waste only and absolutely nothing else should be put down the toilet.
**Toilets and sinks are in the boat but you will shower in the several private bathhouses located in the marina a short walk from the boat.
**There is a gate code and bathroom code that will be provided to you upon arrival
**24 hour security in the Marina and the Resort
**Free Shuttle takes you downtown on the hour every hour leaving from the front of The Perry
**Laundry and Gym located on property
**Absolutely NO SMOKING on the Boat. Vaping is fine
**A free parking spot will be provided with a parking spot upon your arrival. You may park right in front of the boat to unload and throughout the day but they ask you to put park in the parking lot to the entrance of the marina overnight. They like to keep the pathway of the boats as clear as possible
**The boat stays docked and your are not allowed to take it out. This is for accommodations only
**There is a 24 hour Paid Ice Machine located right by the bathrooms
**The Dockmaster Office located at the adjacent pier on the end is stocked with light snacks, wine, beer, ice, beverages and shop accessories. You can walk over there or even drive your car. The gate code to get in that pier will be the same one you have
**Uber/Lyft/Taxis are readily available 24 hours a day. We also have DoorDash and UberEats and plenty of delivery options.
**The boat does not lock as most boats do not but there is 24 hour drive by security and it is in a very safe location and no issues to report to date

Other things to note
Pics of inside are limited. The next two weeks we are completely redoing the inside along with installing a brand new ac unit. All the bedrooms will have luxury bedding and pillows. The pictures shown are the before. I have not yet decorated the inside but new pictures will be up by April 1st with all the new decor and upgrades.
