The house features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. It offers foosball games, dedicated workspaces for remote work, and beautiful lake views. Guests will also have access to a washer, dryer, coffee maker, and other essentials for a comfortable stay.

The living areas include comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay.

The space is exclusively yours, ideal for relaxing, unwinding, and spending quality time together in comfort.

Home is divided into main level and basement level.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional visitors or unregistered overnight guests.

Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition during their stay. Any damages may result in reimbursement charges.

Late checkout without approval: $100 per hour.

No unlawful activity or fireworks permitted.

Air mattresses are available upon request for groups over 16 guests.

Early check-in may be available depending on the cleaning schedule.

Long-term stays (28+ days) are welcome.

24/7 outdoor surveillance with audio/video recording is active at the front door, driveway, sidewalks, yard areas, and doorbell camera. No indoor cameras.
