Una renovación completa hace de este apartamento un verdadero oasis de tranquilidad y confort en una antigua y tranquila calle en el centro de Florencia, entre la Piazza San Marco y el Mercado Central de San Lorenzo . Ustedes encontrarán todas las comodidades y servicios para vivir florentino in unas agradables vacaciones. El apartamento està ubicado en el 1er piso de un antiguo edificio y consta de una habitación grande con comedor con cocina integrada; una sala de estar con un sofá cama para dos personas y un sillón cama para una persona; 1 dormitorio y un cuarto de baño. El apartamento puede alojar cómodamente hasta cinco personas. Es está equipado con calefacción, aire acondicionado, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, hervidor, cafetera, TV, WIFI ilimitado .

Good Location / very comfortable

This apartment is very close to the train station and also close to the market, Duomo, etc. Everything is in walking distance. The apt. Was very neat. Great wifi. Maurizio met us at the apartment and showed us where everything was and gave us some helpful tips on where to go. What we most enjoyed was making dinner and sitting at the dining table with the big French doors open. We really felt at home. The only suggestion we have is that new towels are needed and some new glassware,cups, and dishes as well. Thank you Elisabetta.

I thank very much my guests for the remarks on the apartment equipment; they are a suggestion to me to improve the quality of our offering. In the same time I'm a little surprised as I personally take care of linen and towels and I check them continuously . The same is for glassware, cups and dishes: everything is new and there are plenty of them, in the kitchen closet and in the "madia" that is in the dining area. Anyway, I will double my efforts to get the quality of my apartment always better in order to get my guests to feel in it as at their own home.

Logement très bien situé et bien équipé. Le couchage du salon peut être séparé avec un rideau ce qui permet l'intimité. Et surtout pièces équipées de la clim!!

A Home Away From Home

Elisabetta's apartment was ideal for our stay in Florence. The location made it easy to walk to most of the places we visited. The apartment had everything we needed. A grocery store was right down the street. We enjoyed restaurant dining in the neighborhood. Elisabetta was a wonderful host, both kind and friendly.

Appartamento accogliente e comodo

La locazione dell'appartamento é semplicemente perfetta, essendo vicinissimo al centro é un posto ideale sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Ho passato 40 giorni a Firenze abitando nell'appartamento di Elisabetta e mi sono trovata molto bene. É ben attrezzato,pulito, comodo, accogliente ed ampio, inoltre anche i bambini sono benvenuti. Elisabetta é molto simpatica, amichevole e disponibile. Consiglio con cuore l'appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono visitare la bellissima cittá di Firenze ma non vogliono rinunciare alle comoditá di una casa vera.

Perfect apartment for stay in Florence

We can't say enough about this apartment. The pictures don't do it justice. It is spacious, well appointed with everything you need, outside of the crowded tourist area but an easy walk to whatever you need. Elisabetta was wonderful and so welcoming, and was kind enough to let us check out a little later than normal. We were there in the summer heat and it was lovely to come back to an air conditioned apartment with comfy furniture at the end of the day. When we come back to Florence, we will be staying here again!

Everything you need.

Elisabetta and Mauritzio are perfect hosts, were very accommodating with extra linens for my friends visit, fixing the washmachine very quickly, and allowing to extend my stay an extra 9 days when my itinerary changed. The apartment is close to central Florence, with a large variety of eating places, laundry, and tourist attractions very near by. No car was needed as walked or public transport is very good. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I return. Ciao

Second visit -another great stay

Our second stay at Elisebetta's beautiful apartment did not disappoint. As before, apartment was well kept up and spotless, lots of windows and light with plenty of room for a couple. Steps from cafe's , bakery and supermarket, near Piazza San Marco and an easy walk to the Duomo and nearby areas. Quiet for this type of area. Elisebetta is the perfect hostess, easy to work with, helpful and is responsive to all communications. If there's a third trip it will include this apartment. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our stay in Florence

Elisabetta's apartment in Florence was everything we had expected. Elisabetta was lovely. She met us on arrival to explain everything and gave us a map with some local places of interest to visit. The apartment is in easy walking distance to everything but in a nice quiet street. There is a fantastic Patisserie on the corner, a Supermarket 2 mins walk and several good vegetarian restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend Elisabetta's to anyone visiting Florence!

Very spacious and close to all Florence has to offer

Booking was easy. Owner, Elisabetta, got back to me immediately. Centrally located, apartment is large and nicely decorated. Plenty of seating for company. I used the main bedroom only, however, the living room sleeps an additional three. I appreciated the kitchenette, retro refrigerator and the washing machine. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. My host was very accommodating to my every request. Would definitely recommend this apartment for short or, like mine, a long stay.

Great location and unique apartment.

Elisabetta's apartment is cozy and very unique. Everything was true to advertising, comfortable bed, large bath, well equipped kitchen-dining area and great living room. We enjoyed being so centrally located to all must-see sites including art, shopping and restaurants. Thank you Elisabetta for your advice and guidance, hope to see you again!

Very nice! Very clean! Very organized hostess!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence and the apartment was very nice. Elisabetta was a great hostess. Plenty of tourist info which helped us plan our stay. Only negative is no elevator.

I'm glad you have had a good stay in my apartment. As for the absence of elevator, I'm sorry you didn't read carefully the description in the listing where it is clearly marked that the apartment is at the first floor without elevator and that anyway there are only 20 easy steeps to reach it. In Florence city center buildings is very hard to build elevators! Hoping anyway that this has not disturbed your holiday!

Bright, roomy apartment in convenient location.

Elisabettas apartment was roomy and had several windows for sunshine and breezes. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge was large enough for plenty of groceries. There are about 20 stairs up to the apartment. A grocery store is located very close by. You can walk to the train or bus station in approximately 10-15 minutes. Several attractions are within a 20 minute walk.

Perfect place to stay in Florence!

We really enjoyed our stay at Elisabetta's. She greeted us when we arrived and made us feel right at home. She had lots of maps and suggestions to help us make the most of our stay in Florence. We loved the location - just a few minute walk from the central market. Apartment was very clean, lots of windows and a great little kitchen for cooking meals. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

I stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. It's large, comfortable and very quiet. It's location is great, as it's a quick walk to the Mercato Centrale, which is a must see in Florence. There is also a grocery store right on the corner. Elisabetta was there to great me and available to answer all of my questions. She's warm and very accommodating. There was everything I could have needed in the apartment, even a large fridge, which is rare for Italy. I highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Worked perfectly

The location and the apartment were exactly as advertised and were perfect for our short stay. Our hostess was most accommodating. An unfortunate power outage on the last night was the only negative.

Thank you for your feedback. I have verified the power outage at guests departure (I wished they had informed me of it so as I would be able to repair it immediately ) and it has been promptly repaired. Anyway I hope this has not troubled their last hours staying.

A perfect rental place for families.

We traveled to Florence and reached early in the morning. Elisabetta was waiting for us with a bottle of wine, peach ice tea and ice cold water in the fridge. She was very welcoming and explained everything to us in detail. She even gave us a separate cot for my son. The home had all the amenities including air conditioning, washing machine and was very clean and tidy. There is a grocery store right beside the home where you can get all your provisions if you intend to cook (which we did). It was walking distance from all the major attractions and very close to the central market. Our stay in Florence was very comfortable and happy as we knew that at the end of long day we had a cosy home to come to. We highly recommend Elisabetta's home if you are traveling with or without children. We know we will be back again.

Séjour inoubliable à Florence

Famille de 4 personnes: nous avons un souvenir inoubliable de nos vacances ( 1 semaine) à Florence, ville magnifique. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui nous a également donné des conseils pratiques très utiles . Une documentation très complète sur Florence est mise à disposition. Appartement calme, fonctionnel , joliment décoré et idéalement situé. Nous avons pu effectuer toutes nos visites à pied, et de plus un petit supermarché est situé à 100 mètres ouvert même le dimanche.

Charming and spacious apartment in Florence: Must Stay

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. It actually felt like a home because there was beautiful hard wood floors, framed photos, and charming decor in the bedroom that made one feel relaxed and pampered! There were many comforts of home, which we utilized such as a toaster, microwave, clothing iron, stereo, washing machine and much more. Our family of four felt that there were plenty of room to relax, eat, play and sleep in. The apartment is also walking distance to all major attractions and there is a great market right down the street, where we purchased fresh fruit, dairy and snacks. Elisabetta was extremely easy to reach and so quick to respond to my questions. Her husband was generous and was waiting when we arrived. He thoroughly walked us through the home and event taught me how to make my first Italian coffee! Of all the places our family stayed at during the three weeks of travel in Europe, Elisabetta's apartment was by far the BEST and she was also the most thorough and organized. I highly recommend to anyone searching for a lovely and spacious vacation rental in Florence!

Romantic & spacious apartment: Look no further

My family of four absolutely loved this charming and spacious apartment in Florence. My daughters are 4 and 7 years old, and my husband and I felt that this home was quite spacious for all of us to relax, eat, sleep and play in. The tasteful and romantic decor in the bedroom and living area is such a nice touch to relax in after a long day exploring the city and there were numerous home appliances we used that other vacation rentals didn't provide such as an ironing table, clothing iron, toaster, washing machine, stereo and microwave. Also, the proximity of the apartment to major attractions in Florence was very convenient as we walked with our girls in the city during the day and night. The super market right down the street was very convenient since we cooked breakfast every morning. Finally, Elisabetta was so quick to communicate with us if we had any questions prior to and during our stay. Also, her sweet husband greeted us when we arrived and thoroughly walked us through the home including teaching me how to make real Italian coffee and recommending favorite restaurants and meals nearby. This place is a must-stay!

Très bon séjour

Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité d'Elisabetta Appartement situé auprès de toutes les commodités que sont les lignes de bus, proximité du quartier historique, commerces à deux minutes, bons restaurants ou trattorias près du marché central; bref tout est parfait. Par contre pour les amoureux de la belle Italie nous conseillons de visiter Florence avant Venise l'incomparable. Attention aux files d'attente pour les visites de musées pouvant durer deux heures, choisir si possibilité un séjour hors période de vacances. Nous conseillons les visites de Fiesole à 15 mn de bus ou se trouve sur la place centrale un petit magasin de souvenirs de toscane fait main (assiettes, plats etc...) difficile a trouver à Florence (beaucoup de magasins de luxe...). Visite incontournable San Gimignano a une heure de bus, aussi beau que certains villages de France et pourtant je suis chauvin... Bref vous passerez un séjour magnifique et je vous conseille vivement cette location. Excellent souvenirs, Cordialement Pascale et Pascal

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Florencia, a diferencia de Roma, que es la ciudad de mi nacimiento, es una ciudad de escala humana. Y más, todos lo que y viven están rodeados de el gusto, inteligencia y sobriedad de las arquitecturas y las obras arte de Umanisme y Rinascimento. Es por eso que elegí Florencia, ciudad de adopción y elegimos este apartamento, porque aquí ' la mente se siente bien. '

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Luz, aire, espacios abiertos y techos altos son los elementos que me hizo amar este apartamento desde mi primera visita. Entonces, el ambiente de un pequeño pueblo que respiramos en las calles por donde el tráfico de vehículos se reduce en gran medida si no me convenció de que era mi réfugeflorentin. Así que restaurado y decorado con gran pasión y atención al detalle para no crear un plano 'en alquiler' una zona exterior, pero vivir en la comodidad y la tranquilidad en definitiva, un lugar donde uno está dispuesto a volver después de un largo día de turismo y donde se puede sentir como en casa. Para ello, ofrezco mis invitados libros (en italiano, francés, Inglés, español), té, infusiones, una radio donde escuchar la buena música clásica (Rete Toscana Classica FM93.300 MHz) ... y un cómodo sofá!
