Park City Skiers and non skiers
The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well stocked. The free shuttle bus system is very easy to use. Our first trip without rental car, was no problem getting anywhere. Location is better than anticipated. You can walk to shopping and restaurants; but return to condo and relax with amazing view of snow covered fields and mountain. New Woodward tubing is 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again for Park City trip.
Comfortable Kimball Junction Lodging
My husband and I found this rental clean, convenient and well-equipped during our 2-week Park City ski trip. We appreciated the covered parking space on snowy days. The kitchen was was well-equipped for those who like to eat-in on some evenings. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful. It might have been helpful to mention that the unit is a third-floor walk-up, but we did not find that a particular inconvenience. Property managers were great. We would stay here again -- without hesitation.
Clean and tastefully decorated
We really liked the unit that we rented. It was tastefully decorated with fun ski related decorations and pertinent artwork. There were also very interesting books to look at in the loft. It was very nice that they did NOT get their artwork from Hobby Lobby like many other VRBO rentals. Great location if you want to ski around Park City. Skied Deer Valley one day (not our cup of tea) and the remaining three days at Snowbird (awesome). Had a little bit traveling to ski, but it was worth it.
The king size bed was very comfortable and the heat worked very well. Gas fireplace was perfect for when you get tired and a little cold. Liked the kitchen and washer/dryer. We also enjoyed looking out the window at the open space. In all, we enjoyed our stay and we definitely liked the condo. The only thing that we did not like (with the condo itself) is that when taking a shower, the water can get scalding hot if someone flushes the toilet or runs the dishwasher or washing machine.
Having said that, we were not overly happy with Turnkey (management company).
1) When I booked the unit, there were not any indications on VRBO that the building hot tub did not work (it has since been updated). I received more information about the unit within 1 day. That information DID indicate that the hot tub was not working. I called Turnkey directly the day after the booking and explained that a big reason that I booked this unit is because it had a hot tub. The Turnkey representative said that they will call me back the next day. They called me back two weeks later and told me to that the hot tub was not working, but I should call back closer to the rental date and that they could give me some type of refund for the hot tub not working. When I called a few days before the trip, they said that they will check the status and call me back. They never called back. When we got there, we immediately noticed that hot tub was broken. I then called Turnkey and mentioned the hot tub as well as item #2 (below). I asked to talk to a manager and they put me on hold for 30 minutes until I hung up (totally got blown off). Turnkey seems like a big management company from another state. Do they not care?
2) While the unit was clean, the dishes were filthy (another Turnkey issue). There was no kitchen sponge and this is probably a reason why the dishes were so dirty. We bought a kitchen sponge the next day and left the sponge there because it was in good condition.

This vacation rental home was truly lovely, so tastefully and warmly decorated with a real attention to detail. Cozy in every way, and well-maintained. It was extremely clean when we arrived, just a short 10-15 minute drive to ski at Park City, and we loved the walking trail just outside our door. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodations. Having said this, the thermostat was not working properly. No matter where it was set, the temperature would randomly vary anywhere between 60-73 degrees. For example, before we went to bed it would say "set at 68 degrees for the night" and when we awakened (hot) it was set at 73 degrees. Another morning we awakened very cold and it was set at 60 degrees. There was absolutely no rhyme nor reason to the varying temperatures throughout the day. Our instructions said that it could not go below 68 degrees, but it did several times. Though we loved our vacation rental home, this became a bit annoying to us. The only other issue we had was that there was no parking pass in the home to put in our car as instructed. We contacted TurnKey right away, and they said they would locate one and bring it to us. In the meantime, we were instructed to write a note and put it on our dashboard. Despite a few calls from TurnKey to say they were working on it, the parking pass never came during our 7 day stay. However, the note on the dash seemed to work, as we never had a problem. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. We would definitely stay here again (hopefully with a working thermostat) and many thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us!
