Villa hermosa 3 habitación sólo 50 metros de un blanco lijadas playa

With our family of 6 we had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Beautiful surroundings, friendly neighbours and a very helpful lady named Sara. If your booking this villa please note there is no TV but to be honest it was so nice not having as it made us connect and talk more as a family. There is no pool either with the beach been across the road. If your not to keen on the beach there are pool bars not far away, as long as you pay to eat and drink you can use the pool for as long as you like, great for the kids. We had many a nights eating out where most restaurants have play areas for the kids. We did use the BBQ and the clay oven which was nice also. If your going to go in the sea your going to need swimshoes as its very rocky but well worth it once your in. The villa was lovely and clean, homely and the cleaners came in half way through our stay to change towels and bedding. This villa has everything you need and the air con was a blessing. If you have kids then most will have a tablet of phone and the WiFi connection was very strong. Kept the kids happy for a little while when you needed a break. We would return to this villa again with out a doubt we have already passed on details to two of our friends. Big thanks to Bill and Sara for making our holiday great.

We had a beautiful holiday in Cyprus. Bills villa was perfect for our family. It was clean, well equipped with beach toys for the children, near to the beach, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Never slept so well. The property manager Sara give us very good tips for shopping and eating out. Thank you Bill and Sara.

This house is beautiful and in a perfect spot. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds plus a mezzanine with a double bed. There were three of us - one in each room and me on the mezzanine. The mezzanine opens up to a balcony with sun beds and there is a window which has a direct view of the sea. I loved sleeping here with an open window whilst listening to waves outside.

The house is based in a quiet close, second line from Sirens beach and with direct views of the sea from the terrace. It is well equipped with everything you need including a dish washer and a washing machine. This was a perfect base for our active holiday. We left the house in the morning after breakfast and explored different parts of the island and beaches only to return home in the evening to the peace and tranquility of the villa. Sirens beach doesn’t have a great entrance (it’s quite stony) but Agia Thekla is less then 10 min walk - it’s nice and sandy with a cafe, restaurant and loungers. The closest supermarket is about 10 min walk as well.

We had a car and I think car is a good idea when staying here. If you like to go out, Ayia Napa (and Nissi beach) are about 15 min drive away - this is the epicentre of activity with lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc.

Drive from Larnaca airport took around 35 min.

Overall, loved the place and would happily return here again!

Wir haben im Juli 2018 hier knapp 2 Wochen zu viert verbracht. Meine Frau und ich haben uns mit meinen Schwiegereltern zusammen äusserst wohl gefühlt in diesem tollen Haus. Die Managerin Sara macht wirklich einen absolut tollen Job hier. Und Bill's Haus ist so toll, dass wir es glatt kaufen würden. Es ist alles tiptop sauber, sämtliche nötigen Geräte in der Küche sind vorhanden, die Klimageräte funktionieren tiptop, und die beiden sympathischen Nachbarn Ninos und Pepa sind einfach herrlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in ihrer Nachbarschaft. Wir fühlten uns hier wie in einem zweiten Zuhause. Zweimal die Woche kommt der Gemüse-Verkäufer vorbei, und das Restaurant Zafiri ist gemütlich zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dort ist auch der "kleine" Supermarkt äusserst gut ausgestattet, mehr braucht man eigentlich nicht. Für uns war auch der rund 60 Meter vom Haus entfernte Strand perfekt. Dieser war fast immer LEER. Der Einstieg in's Wasser ist leicht steinig und flach, Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen, aber der Strand selber ist schöner Sand, und zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln ist es perfekt. Für 6 Personen wäre es vielleicht etwas knapp mit einer Nasszelle im Haus (1x WC/Dusche/Bad), aber es hat ja noch die Aussendusche.

Vielen Dank an Bill, dass wir hier so schöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbringen konnten. Und vielen Dank an Sara und ihre Reinigungshilfe, die uns nach einer Woche frische Wäsche gebracht haben, und das Haus tiptop gereinigt haben.
