The 2,800 sq. house situated on 1.7 acres has four bedrooms and a loft to comfortably sleep up to 10-people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has its own private entrance to the master bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs that have coined the nick names, "the Bear and Moose room" are perfect for the kids and in-laws. The Moose room has a queen size bed and the Bear room has a bunk-bed with a double and single. The upstairs also includes the loft and comfortably sleeps 1-2 people and has one of the best views in the house. Year round sunlight bathes the kitchen and living room. The dinning room opens to a large deck which offers the best views of Fraser Valley and Winter Park Ski Resort. A ping pong table and dart board are located down in the basement. There is a sitting room downstairs that includes its own beautiful finished bathroom.

The countries best snowmobiling is located only 30 minutes in beautiful, historic Grand Lake.

During the summer Winter Park ski resort transforms into one of the countries best areas to go downhill mountain biking. Gold water trout fishing on the Colorado river is located minutes away. Granby reservoir, one of the largest bodies of water in Colorado offers boating, sailing and fishing for some of the largest lake trout in the state. Come enjoy Colorado at it's finest!!!
