This modern condo offers an open living room area with ocean views, dining table seating for 4 and bar with seating for 2.

The kitchen offers granite counters and all stainless appliances along with a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a queen sleeper sofa as an extra sleeping option. The furnished balcony located off the living area offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away, just past the pool area which also offers outdoor showers.

The Primary bedroom has a King size bed, flat-screen TV and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and offers access to the second full bath with tub and shower which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly for one well-behaved adult dog, extra fee applies.

This condo is located on the third (top) floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the pools. Guests will have two covered garage parking spaces, beach access and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. This building is handicap friendly with elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground for kids, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
