Just a block from the historic Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, Cresthill Road feels a world away from the bustle of the iconic palm-lined streets below. A contemporary three-bedroom haven that is every bit as cosy as it is stylish, this delightful home is lovely for both families and groups of friends. Sleek and minimalist, the interior of the home features all the ingredients of Scandinavian design. Natural sunlight cascades through the many windows; illuminating the spacious sitting room, kitchen, and dining room on the first floor. It’s here that you’ll also find the airy master bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are the second and third bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds. Close by is the home’s elegant bathroom with classic Victorian-inspired fittings - including a sumptuous claw-foot bathtub. The elevated position of Cresthill Road offers spectacular views of the city, especially from the garden. A secluded spot surrounded by lush green landscaping, you’ll find a private swimming pool, barbecue area, and plenty of comfy outdoor seating dotted around the garden’s multiple levels to sit and savour the LA sunshine. When it comes to getting out and exploring the local area, the many excellent eateries and bars of West Hollywood are less than a mile away. Hop in the car, you can reach the likes of The Grove, the Paramount Pictures Studio Tour, and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in under ten minutes.
