Must book 30 days in advance per approval by the condo. Annuals available at $7,750 a month pre-paid, or longer terms (8 month intervals) each at a discounted rate.

When you walk into the condo from the hallway, you will be delighted to find sliding glass doors open up into a 650 ft. walled-in outdoor private lanai, with a pergola gate to the garden courtyard level. 2+den bedroom, two bath, sleeps 5— newer mattresses and bedding, king bed in master, queen in the guest. Twin-day bed in Den. The second bedroom and den-twin bed both share a bathroom. TVs in four rooms, WIFI, 60 inch TV in the great room. Comfortable. Unique courtyard level leads to its amenities-- a fire pit and lounging area, gardens, Bar area, gas grills, recreation/community room with pool table, outdoor heated pool, spa, and exercise room. Your unit and courtyard is about 12 ft+ above street level. Pay at reservation. Annual must be paid at six months intervals in advance. Equipped with beach towels, clean and crisp bedding, and new towels. Welcome to the vacation home with a fully equipped pantry. Professionally decorated in a traditional British West Indies style with oriental carpeting; and luxe Furniture. All-clad pots and pans, Nespresso coffee maker. The outdoor lanai gets pressure cleaned four times a year. Outdoor dining table, two chaise lounges, conversation area, teak couch. The dogs have not been on the property for four years. No pets allowed for renters. Washer-dryer, laundry room, new second refrigerator in the laundry.

Not up to VRBO standards
The property was not clean, disgusting mold on the expansive outdoor patio & a dog smell that was overwhelming in the interior. All closets, kitchen pantry & refrigerators were not emptied. We purchased our own comforter, pillows & towels as those in the unit were not clean, old & over used.

Beautiful apartment, Downtown location
We just returned from spending almost three months in this lovely apartment. The well appointed kitchen, the fantastic outdoor space, the proximity to Olde Naples, the well equipped Fitness Center, and the ample parking for guests made this a great experience for us. This unit is on the Courtyard level with easy access to the Pool/Jacuzzi, the Grilling Station and Fire Pit with ample seating. We love to walk and enjoyed convenient access to all that Fifth Avenue and Third Street South have to offer. Our guests were happy exploring the shops, restaurants, and “best pizza ever” in Tin City at Mino’s! We walked to the Naples Public Library and Winn’s Market. Being Road bike enthusiasts, we rode our bikes regularly on designated bike lanes down to North Naples. We loved the active, outdoor lifestyle and city living! This location is about a mile from the beach, and although we walked a few times, we would recommend driving and parking south of Naples Pier. We have a few things that could have made this a 5 Star experience. We personally would have loved better access to the beach. Also the sliding doors in the main living area needed blinds or drapes as we felt like we were in a “fishbowl”. We mentioned this to the owner and she has ordered blinds. “Monique” is truly a joy to work with and so accommodating so I am sure this will make the apartment absolutely perfect!

Great location -- clean and comfortable
We stayed for a month and it is the best place we have ever stayed in....beds are new and so the place is really comfortable. "Monique" is the perfect host .... she has a binder of all the great places to go and see or dine...we walked a couple of blocks to 5th avenue south and the beach most days.....glad the unit wasn't damaged by IRMA. Plan on a repeat stay......

Privacy yet great outdoor space (650 ft of private lanai) steps out the back courtyard level with fire pit, gas grills, and heated swimming pool and hot tub. Walk everywhere around Old Naples close to 5th avenue south and blocks to the beach. Community party room and exercise facilities. Walk a couple of blocks to Fifth Avenue South. and Beach. 1 covered garage space Parking available. Lots of storage space, fully equipped and professionally decorated. No damage with Hurricaine IRMA to the unit, and only a couple of inches of water in the garage with Hurricaine IAN. Inside protected courtyard unit.
