Clean, convenient, great floor plan, has an elevator, pool and jacuzzi. Next to the airport so seating on the patio could be very noisy. Overall, I would rent it again.

Great stay in key west

We had a great time at key west. The property was easily accessible from route 1 so it was conveniently located. The unit was very clean, spacious and we enjoyed watching airplanes take off from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place

This 2 bedroom condo was clean and functional. It was an easy 15 minute drive from downtown Key West. I would stay there again.

Perfect spot for vacation

I love the location in relation to downtown. It is out of the way of all the madness but close enough to go right into it. I love the size of the unit. Perfect fit for 5. Having a full kitchen is amazing so we can cook some meals and avoid spending too much money on food and use it for other fun activities

The property is not close to anything in Key West. You have to drive or Uber to get downtown. This is our second time in Key West and first time using VRBO. The listing said you could see sunset from room. All I saw was the airport. Also the Cable in the room wasn’t working. I called to report but it never got fixed. Overall for this trip the location was fine we were only there for 2 nights. And I would use VRBO again.

Great Key West Stay

Came for a bachelorette and had a great stay. The only negative would be that the room wasn’t ready until 45mins after our check-in time. Other than that, no complaints at all! Beautiful view of airport runway! Great patio for afternoon drinking. Close to everything!

This place had not been taken care of very well and it needed to be updated. Wall outlets did not work in master and the tv remote’s were not correct for the TV’s.

Overall Good/few issues

Unit needed new tv in master bedroom, master bathroom needs higher toilet and one more towel rack and hand towel rack; guest bath could use two additional towel racks. Overall very nice.

Loved the pool and grounds, Vacasa was great

We loved the pool and grounds, property has a cute bridge over a pond full of turtles and also has an area for dogs. Vacasa of FL was super responsive with issues we had, so quick and friendly! The condo itself really really needs a remodel. The condo was clean but not much the cleaner can do about the dirty old carpet. If you need to vacation on a budget this condo is ok but you get what you pay for.

Nice pool. Close to the airport

The 2 bedroom suite was very close to the airport and the pool was very nice. Unfortunately the carpet was VERY wet in a bedroom and we were told the toilet had overflowed due to previous guests. The resolution consisted of a fan and a dehumidifier but NOT an actual cleaning. Cleanliness overall was otherwise fine but the smell and the water was disgusting.

Sunset from Balcony 10 out of 10

We had a few minor issues, but these were quickly resolved by property management, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Only downside was we could’ve used 2 more higher seated chairs for the breakfast counter and the community laundry downstairs was out of order. Would’ve preferred to have a unit with a private washer/dryer so we wouldn’t have had to spend some time in a public laundry mat. Otherwise, the accommodations met our needs and we enjoyed our stay!

Good stay, everything was comfortable and ready to check in along with the typical amenities you would see at traditional hotels. Only stayed one night but there was a strong odor in the apartment, may have been from previous guests’ cooking but wasn’t unpleasant. Would stay again.

Great location

Loved the location in key west. Not far from the beaches. Our stay was a bit disappointing as far as the communication on getting the tv in the living room fixed. It didn’t work at all the entire time we were there. And it took them 4 days to reach out to me with a monetary compensation fix. The bedroom furniture was a bit outdated. We made the most of it and still enjoyed our trip.

Stay was okay

For the price i payed for two night's, i expected more. For one, i think there could at least be a few waters in the refrigerator. When i walked in the Kingsize bathroom , there was fragments of pea stains on seat. There was hair on bathtub, also a pillow case had a blood stain on it. The last night when we were trying to sleep, someone in the room above us seem like they were moving furniture around and this was about 1:45 am in the morning. I thought quiet time was 10pm to 8am or something to that effect. The bed was very squeaky also the cable was not working in the living room and the King size room. I called regarding the situation the same day i got there and had to call following day again. The manager finally called and apologized and said they would refund 50. He said this has been communicated to them before, so i would think that situation should have been dealt with before another client.I think the place could use some renovation however it was not terrible but should be at a lower price based on the condition.

The property was on the 3rd floor. It was obviously corporate owned with the minimum furnishings and accessories. The keypad functioned poirly and it took two long calls to find a code that worked for the door. Then the door was opened after we were gone for the day and it was found unlocked when we returned. While the price might have been good for the are it was still priced more than it was worth to us. The t.v. in the master bedroom would not work for the first day. The vacasa company gave us a very minor adjustment for all the problems. I will never rent from them again.

Highly recommend

The condo was perfect with plenty of room. Conveniently located to everything and within minutes of Smathers beach. There’s also a convenient store located within walking distance from the condo that has everything you may need.
