Modern 1 BR Sacramento Guest House Close to Everything

Our 1 Bedroom (queen bed) / 1 Bath Guest House is located in close proximity to Sacramento State University, Midtown, Downtown, major area employers including Kaiser, Mercy, and Sutter Hospitals, as well as some of the best coffee houses, restaurants, and shopping in Sacramento.

The Guest House has fast wireless internet, 55” TV with cable, and access to Netflix through the TV. The bedroom includes a queen bed. The living room includes a reclining couch as well as work desk.

The Guest House has a covered patio area with a patio table. An electric barbeque is available for outdoor cooking.

The kitchen has pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Laundry detergent for the washer and dryer is also included. Sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided.

The Guest House is attached to the main house, but is entirely separate from the main house and has its own separate patio area. The Guest House is approximately 570 but it feels larger as the space is well designed.

Parking is provided on the main driveway. The main driveway parking area is shared with the main house. Up to two driveway parking spaces are available for the Guest House.

If you prefer wine, there are also a number of great wineries in Sacramento including three nearby urban wineries: Bailarin Cellars (~2 miles), Cabana Winery & Bistro (~3 mile), and Revolution Wines (~6 miles). In addition, we highly recommend a day trip to Clarksburg (~18 miles) to visit its numerous wineries including Bogle Vineyards, Elevation Ten, River Grove Winery, Julietta Winery, and the Old Sugar Mill (oldsugarmill_com) (an historic sugar mill that has been converted into tasting rooms for approximately 15 local wineries).

Everything that Midtown and Downtown Sacramento have to offer is located no more than 8 miles from our Guest House including the Sacramento Convention Center (~6 miles), the California State Capitol (~7 miles), the R Street Corridor (~7 miles), the Sacramento Kings Golden 1 Center (~7 miles), Old Town Sacramento (~8 miles), California’s Best Year-Round Weekly Farmers Market (~8 miles), as well as the Central City’s hundreds of restaurants, bars, theaters, museums, and cultural events.

Our Guest House is also located in close proximity to Sacramento State University (~3 miles) as well as some of the areas biggest employers including numerous hospitals: Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Medical Center and Medical Offices (~1 mile), Mercy General Hospital (~4 miles), UC Davis Medical Center (~5 miles), Sutter Medical Center (~5 miles), and Shriners Hospitals for Children (~5 miles).

In short, whether you are coming to Sacramento for work or pleasure, there is no better place to stay!

Getting Around: If you have a car, you won't need to drive far due to our convenient location. Transit options are also available in close proximity to our Guest House including two bus lines a short walk from the Guest House with direct routes to Sacramento State University, shopping and employment centers in the area, as well as several light rail stations. Finally, if you love biking, two separate entrances to the American River Parkway bicycle trail (an approximately 32-mile long paved trail that connects Old Sacramento to Folsom Lake) are located less than 2 miles from our Guest House. Thus, whether you travel by car, transit, or bicycle, getting around is easy when you stay at our Guest House.
