This house is simply AMAZING you eont regret renting this property it's perfect in every way .very close to the beach and shops..I fell in love with this house

So much fun great location and place to have a group of girls!

The house was clean and adorably decorated - perfect for a girls weekend. If we had stayed longer, golf cart rentals would’ve been ideal for going in/out of town, but wasn’t necessary for just the weekend as we walked and Uber’d. The beach is just a 5min walk, and the previous renters left chairs and a beach umbrella, which was great for us! Beds were comfy (bottom bunk is a futon mattress though) and kitchen was well-stocked. Our only issue was the pullout couch: not sure if it’s old or poorly made or doesn’t get used as a pullout bed often, but it was difficult to open/close. So much so, we were told we broke it, but the issue was luckily resolved after explaining the condition of the couch - so just be aware if you use it for this purpose! We should’ve contacted the property manager upon noticing it, but we just assumed it was an old couch and they were aware, though they apparently were not. Aside from this minor mishap, we’d recommend this house for its convenience, cleanliness and overall cute nature.

We had a great time at this property- very close to beach access and because it was a little ways from the pier it was not crowded on the beach. Beautifully decorated and clean. The only thing that was a little awkward with the layout was the fact that you had to walk through one bedroom and the shared bathroom to get to the back bedroom so perfect for little kids, but just took some coordinating with teenagers! But not a dealbreaker - would definitely go back and recommend! The management team was also very easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

The house was in a great location-1 block from the beach. We had 2 adults and 4 teenage children. Although advertised as sleeping up to 8 guests, it would be a bit tight beyond 6. Not to mention the kitchen was not stocked for anything beyond 6 guests (could use a few more coffee mugs, etc...). I was told prior to my arrival by the management company that beach and bath towels would be provided and they knew we were 6. When we got there, only 3 beach towels were provided and when I asked for more, they told me the cleaners had left the island but I could buy some at a store-not a great answer in my opinion. We rent beach houses on this site frequently and All provide beach chairs, umbrellas and adequate towels. This property does not so we had to buy beach chairs that we ended up leaving as we flew to this vacation. Overall, the house worked well for our group and was in a great location. The outdoor shower was awesome and the interior of the house was nicely redone/upgraded recently-very nice master suite upstairs. Would definitely recommend for a similar sized group.
