Located in quiet Lily Bay on the east shores of Moosehead Lake, you'll have few reasons to leave this slice of paradise with the lake in your backyard (except maybe on kayaks you launch from the shore or a small watercraft moored at the dock). Also included is a mooring that can fit up to a 26ft boat. Conveniences are available in Greenville a few miles south.
Cook up a tasty breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen to start your day and lie out on the grassy lawn or admire the view from the balcony at sunset. When you need a break from the great outdoors, relax indoors with a DVD on the TV or surf the free WiFi. You can stream your favorite Netflix series too! (Please use your own account). Don't worry about laundry - a private washer/dryer lets you take care of it. The perfect after-dinner ritual is spending clear nights under the stars telling stories around the outdoor firepit.

Dock details: Please do not launch boat from dock. Jet skies, canoe's and Kayaks only can be launched
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
