Village of Desoto - Modern House with Opal Patio Villa. Decorated in a modern theme home has everything you need for your vacation in The Villages. Master Bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has a queen. Stainless steel appliances with large open kitchen plan. You will enjoy all that the Village of Desoto has to offer in golf and recreation. The Fenney Bar and Grill has a pleasant dining experience. Come to enjoy! Golf Cart included when available (availability may vary). Recliner in the living room, gas appliances, fire place. Have 4 Town Squares & Live Entertainment everyday 5-9 pm free 28 nine - hole Golf Course Plus 12 Champions golf course (At a small fee). The only Archery, put & play and recreation within a mile. New Water Lily bridge is open! - Get to the town square and Publix grocery via your golf cart! (The golf cart is included depending on availability).

About a mile from the property is a mini golf center great for kids and an archery complex. About three miles away there are more shopping centers.

So much to do in the Villages. We golfed and took rides in the golf cart. Nice places to eat and when we ate in there were a lot of kitchen pots and pans and spices. The living space was clean with a large kitchen. We had a wonderful time. We would stay here again.

Disneyland for adults!

Plenty of activities, never bored. Rental had all needed amenities, more room than anticipated. Would rent this property again!

1st Village Visit

Great 1st visit to The Villages. Cute and clean villa. Nice quiet location close to 4 pools and several golf courses. Master bed and seating are comfortable. Great having a golf cart, just don’t pull out in front of anything. It is slow to respond sometimes. Might need to push pedal 2 or 3 times to get it to go. Being a snowbird, we were looking forward to grilling out and sitting outside. The grill was not in good shape and should probably be replaced. We moved 2 patio chairs to side of house for shade. House sits east to west. The reason for 4 on check in was we were not told how to go in the gates without having an entry card.

Visit the villages

Overall I would rate it a "A". A couple of minor inconveniences. No shampoo or conditioner. Regular sizes can't be brought on a airplane. Hotels usually have small sizes for travelers. Walked in to a tripped breaker. Sockets in boteh bath rooms needed to be reset. a couple of times to work. Needed to get on knees to use the front door key pad lock. All small nit picks.

Christmas at the Villages

Great house. Very clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Location in the Villages was excellent for recreational activities, shopping and dining. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property for a stay at the Villages.

Girls vacation

Michelle was excellent at responding to all queries. Property is well organized and clean. Does not have tea kettle or toaster but does have toaster oven. Brow wood is 20 minutes away by cart and Sumtner is about 40. Lots to do and see. Wonderful pools and golfing and rec centers. Had a wonderful time and will be back

Great place. Close to Fenney pool and Brownwood square.

Enjoyed our stay. Great place to stay while exploring all The Villages has to offer. Great golf cart to use if you want to take a ride to the pool, play golf or go to Brownwood Square. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. If we don’t buy our own house in The Villages we will definitely stay here again next year. It was so good we even added 2 extra days to our vacation.

Beautiful home

Our experience was flawless, communication was great, loved that there were hand showers (it's rare to find that). And the golf cart was perfect and added so much fun to our stay.
