Inside the house awaits a brand new gourmet kitchen that is a chefs dream with a gas dual power stove with 2 ovens, an oversized island, collapsable commercial mixing station, custom cabinetry and specialty quartz countertops. There are two separate living areas (Family Room with a 70inch TV and formal adults sitting area) that feature gorgeous wood floors and 36inch tiles. There are 4 Bedrooms and a Florida Room: The Master Suite with a king Bed and a totally remodeled bathroom with dual sinks has its own private sunroom with a waterfront view with a standup desk, a PELOTON Bike and a Treadclimber. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed has its own Private Bathroom… Our Daughter’s room is the “Chandelier room”. With its pale pink walls and Beauty and the Beast castle style furniture, it’s like stepping into a Disney princess room with a double bed and a trundle twin size bed. Our Sons Room has a Twin XL Bed. The Over Sized Couch in the Family Room could easily and comfortably sleep 3 people.

An oversized boat dock has a floating dock which has two kayaks & a paddle board for your enjoyment.

The house sits on a quiet Cut-De-Sac street on a small island. It has a basketball hoop, a fully tiled garage that serves as a game room with table tennis/ ping pong . A large, waterfront yard with an oversized tree swing completes the tranquil experience. Also, available for your use are the latest touch screen washer and dryer. There are 4 bikes available for use.

At night, you can sit on the deck around the fire pit under soft lighting with your loved ones while you grill your perfect meal on the Webber grill or Gas Grill! Then, end the evening in the gas heated tub with color LED lighting or walk down to the dock and try your luck fishing for the fish that gather around the “snook light”
