Vantage Point is located just 200 yards to base of Eagle Bahn gondola. Right next to Arrabelle and all of the shops and restaurants.

The condo features a bedroom with a queen and one full bath; there is also a sofa sleeper. Perfect for a couple or small family with children in ski school. Summertime pool, and year round hot tub on site. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Super 1 BR within Lionshead

Great place! Close to Lionshead lifts (less than 5 minutes walk) and to the shops and restaurants. Bus to Vail village is a minute walk away!

Small but comfortable unit. Nicely decorated with decent quality furnishings. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen.

WOW! Steps to village, restaurants, slopes and bus if needed. I have been going to Vail for years and never discovered this location for my stays. Clean, COZY & PERFECT!!

Location Location Location

Great location, easy to walk to anything in Vail, or catch the shuttle just outside your door. Quick drive (or walk) to grocery store. Unit is cozy, a little on the tight side for our family (2 adults, 2 kids under 5), but we made due. If you plan to use the pull out couch, the mattress might be older than me, but somehow I still slept ok. The unit is directly next to the pool, which is super convenient with kids, and the facility manager, Moe was very outgoing and polite. Overall, had a great stay!

Vail ski and snowboard heaven

We had a awesome time in Vail. 1st time staying at Vantage Point. This condo is perfect for 2 wanting to stay minutes from the action. Gondola. Restaurants. Market. Shops and m Vail bus stop steps from the room.

Spring Skiing

Awesome location! Truly is a 5 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn. The unit is much smaller than the pictures eluded to. Four people could fit if two are small children! The sofa sleeper needs an updated mattress. Cleaning of the bathroom needs to be better, hair on the floor and in the bathtub.

Used my credit card for another reservation

Everything was fine with the condo itself and the location was great. My issue was with property management. I was asked for a credit card upon check-in and happily obliged. After our trip, I found a fraudulent charge from Vail Reality. When I called to ask about they had no record of the charge and said that I should dispute the charge with my credit card company. I did. But after a lot of back-and-forth disputing the charge (the bank could not decide if this was fraud or a dispute), I called Vail Reality back and asked if they could check their system again. The manager was annoyed and hesitant to look into the matter. Finally, I was able to provide a screenshot of information to get them to investigate further. When they finally did investigate further, they found the charge of over $3500 and told me my card was used to pay for someone else's condo. Several weeks later, we finally were refunded for the erroneous charge.

Great Condo in Lionshead

This condo was perfect for us. Great for breakfast in the unit, walk to gondola. Dinners at Bart and Yeti's and Garf's were great. Vail Realty super easy to deal with.

Minimum but Adequate

Clean and great location. Bed (mattress), pillows and bedding were very poor!!!! Sleeper sofa was as good could be expected.

Great Location

Great location but too tight for a family of four. Water heater not enough for four people. Sink got clogged but property management dealt quickly. Would definitely benefits from a renovation.

Vail Snowboard Trip

Really enjoyed my stay at Vantage Point. This was my second consecutive year staying there and once again I had a great experience. Great location close to the Gondola and best price in the village. Lee with Vail Realty was very helpful and made the check in and check out processes very simple and easy.
