This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home is fully furnished with all new appliances and central air throughout. Washer and dryer are included. Located in a safe neighborhood less than a mile from the golf course. Fisherman‘s Village is less than 8 miles away and enjoy the close proximity of several spring training stadiums .The pool is electrically heated, with a boat lift upon request, and golf access right outside your door. Shopping is less than a mile away .

A great place to golf. Location was great. It was close to Publix, downtown, and golf courses.

The property is in a beautiful location. When not golfing or sightseeing, we spent most of our time in the Lanai. My husband enjoyed swimming and fishing.

Property was in a nice quiet neighborhood on a canal with good fishing. Home had all essential needs and was clean and spacious.

Comfortable - great location

This is our second time staying at this location, it is a great place, easy access for kayaking and paddle boarding. Fishing in the canal off of the dock was amazing. Home was well stocked with towels and linens. The pool is heated and extra lovely when the temps were still freezing up north!!

Excellent location, safe, quiet neighborhood

The owners were very pleasant to work with and very good with communication. Check in process was easy. The house was very clean and well equipped with a lot of extras. The view of the water was wonderful, and the house is in a very nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. The dock was not usable since the last two hurricanes, but my husband could still fish from the backyard. It is an older pool and the grill could be replaced. And I hate to even bring that up. Overall, very pleasant experience, very clean, very nice owners, and a very nice neighborhood with a beautiful view.

A week in paradise

This was the first time we had rented something besides a hotel and I was really a little uneasy about it. U see so much these days about people posting fake stuff and taking ur money. It’s jus scary. To start out our 12 hour trip turned into 17. Traffic was terrible. More stop than go. Arrived around 10:30 p.m. so it was dark and we were tired. Let me jus say that we were blown away upon our arrival. The neighborhood looked nice and when we open the door to the house we were so relieved. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We’ve been going for several years with another couple to visit his brother who has a winter home there. The couple usually stays with his brother but his brother was hit by this last hurricane and had damage and was unable to accommodate them. This house was laid out with a master bedroom on one side and two other bedrooms on the other, each with separate baths which actually gave each of us more privacy. The kitchen was fully furnished with high end appliances, and also had coffee, snacks, a few can goods, oils and spices in the cabinets. There was everything u needed there from kitchen, bath, pool accessories, etc to make u feel right at home. The pool was clean and the view in the back was outstanding. I spoke to the owner a couple of times before our stay. She was easy to reach, answered all my questions, was very professional and most of all very friendly. This years vacation has been the best yet. If ur looking for a place that has it all, this one does. Believe me it should get 10 stars.

Punta Gorda Vacation

The neighborhood is beautiful, the house sits on a large canal and has great fishing and views. Make sure to bring bug spray for noseeums!

Great house, location and neighborhood. Had a few issues with internet speed as we were trying to work remote. Owner was very receptive & helpful to help resolve the issue!!

Tried to love it

I know the rest of the reviews are 5 stars so I really do feel bad for not rating this as high. But I need to be completely honest for future renters. When my family and I first got there, the lights, ceiling fans, tvs and internet did not work. Sent a message to the owner and was able to get it fixed by resetting a breaker. The next day, the air conditioner stopped working. The house got up to 82°. It was so hot we had to leave the house. I tried resetting the breaker for the AC, and the main breaker. It didn’t work. I sent a message to let the owner know it wasn’t working and we needed to leave. A friend of the owner’s came over while we were gone and fixed the air conditioner. The breaker for the fans, lights, tv and internet kept flipping so we had to fix it everyday. On Wednesday, the air conditioner stopped working again so I let the owner know. After my husband and I both kept messing with the breaker, we finally got it to stay on. On Thursday, the air conditioner started leaking water all over the garage so once again I had to send a message to the owner. It was a known issue and I was told it is from the air conditioner working too hard. We kept the thermostat set to 72 during the day and 74 at night. At the same time as all of this, the breaker for the lights, fans, tv and internet flipped again, only this time it wouldn’t reset. The owner said they were going to have someone come the next morning to clean up the mess in the garage and also get a hold of an electrician to fix the issue with the breaker. I never received another message after that. No electrician ever came. We chose this house because it is close to someone we were visiting and because it looked great from the pictures and had all 5 star reviews. I also work from home and having internet allowed me to travel and work. But between the breaker and the air conditioner, I was not able to do my job from this home. If you aren’t going to be at the house or if you don’t mind dealing with the breaker box everyday and contacting the owner everyday, then go ahead and book this house. I personally don’t think this is worth the money. The carpet in the master bedroom really needs to be replaced. It is crunchy and there are wrinkles everywhere. The bed in the master bedroom could use a new mattress. You can feel every spring in your back. The other two beds were fine according to my children, I did not sleep on those. I’m sorry, I can’t leave a higher review but I need to be honest.

Very nice property.

This property has recently been refitted and the villa was missing nothing. We had a discussion with the owners to improve the outside facilities which had high quality seating furniture and a good BBQ.

Loved this home and location!!!

This property was more than we could have imagined. It had a beautiful view, pool and spacious living. It was outfitted with everything that we needed to stay the month. The owner answered our inquiries very quickly. We love Punta Gorda - definitely one of our favourite cities in Florida - lots to do - pickleball and biking every day.

Wonderful view and house nicely done!

We loved the view from the lanai and enjoyed this home very much. It was very nicely done and great communication with the owners. My only complaint is the mattress for the master bed is very hard.

Rental house

The house we rented was great! The only problem we had was the pool heater would not work the whole time we were there. The pool heater was a must since we came in November.

Relaxing

Hidden Gem

Words cannot express how amazing our stay was. The neighborhood...quiet and so safe. The house...there was not one thing we needed while there. Was so spacious, spotless, had an amazing kitchen, grill, ability to do laundry...and the pool!! The view from this house is so beautiful. Within a few minutes to Walgreens, Publix and Walmart. Owners very responsive if we needed them but honestly everything was perfect so no need! Our family of 5 did not want to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Perfect Florida Get Away

This house is comfortable, clean and is close to fishing! The pool was nice to have after fishing. It's close to all the necessities and 15 minutes to Punta Gorda downtown. Owners were aaccessible and friendly. Would definitely rent again.
