Phoenix East unit 303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf front Condo located on the 3rd floor. The unit has tile floors throughout and many other recent updates. Relax on the private balcony and take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The guest room has two queen beds, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need with beautiful new granite counter tops.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the hall closet. The living room has a queen memory foam sofa sleeper and flat screen TV.
There are beach chairs, tennis rackets, small cooler and a beach buggy available for guest use in the outside closet.

The Phoenix East is a low density complex that features a large outdoor pool, indoor pool, and splash pad for the little ones. Other wonderful amenities include BBQ grill area with picnic tables, hot tubs, indoor racquetball, lighted tennis courts, sauna, exercise room, and a basketball court.


Phoenix East requires that parking passes be purchased at the front desk.

Phenomenal condo!

This condo was so well appointed, and had all the basic necessities that we needed. Well kept, with attention to detail. We will be back!

Overall a good property and experience

The condo itself was great and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, furniture was in decent shape. The only negative was beyond the control of the owner, namely that there was significant construction going on daily starting at 8 am, even on weekends. The construction was on the floor above and two floors above the unit and it sounded like there was drilling or similar from 8 am to 5 or so pm daily. Our family wished we could have slept in or relaxed inside at times, but with the construction, it was difficult. Like I said, it was out of the control of the property owner/manager, but that was the main complaint we had from our time a in this unit.

Just one problem

Our overall stay was great. The only issue we had was when when checked in we had to purchase parking passess at 55 each. In the listing it stated "additional parking passes must be purchased". We assumed by this that the condo came with at least 1 to 2 passes. It did not come with any passes. The price for the parking passses as well as the wording needs to be modified in the listing so there is understanding that there is additional cost for the stay.

Good place to stay

This is a lovely condo and I would recommend it to others. However there are somethings I wish were different. The location is not great and it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot, I wish there were blankets in the condo because we got very cold in the evening, also in the double bed room it did not get very dark but that could just be because of the type of blinds in the room, so I can be difficult to get a toddler to sleep.Overall it was a nice place to stay but I wish there was more information given throughout the check in and check out process.

Girls Trip

Stayed at this beautiful condo with a longtime friend. We came to enjoy a great concert at the Wharf. The location and amenities here were perfect. During our 3 day stay, we enjoyed the beach, pool, and dining on the patio. There were many choices for restaurants and shopping nearby. I would love to come back for a longer stay!

Loved our trip

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. We loved it was right on the beach. So clean and supplied what we needed. The main door was hard to close. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay in Phoenix East 303! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, without too many kitschy, beachy decorations. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. The refrigerator ice machine was one of the fastest producing ice machines I have ever seen, so that saved us on purchasing ice. I loved that it had a full-sized washer and dryer, not a stacked one. It was conveniently located to the elevator and the stairs. And the king sized bed in the primary bedroom was incredibly comfortable! We will definitely book again!

Family Vacation

I will start this with the majority of my complaints were with the property and not the condo itself. The condo was exactly as described and lovely, minus the king bed being a sleep number bed which feels like a fancy air mattress. The check in process and purchasing a parking pass was a mess, the front desk staff were helpful but continually commented on how the instructions I was given to purchase the pass were not correct. The property has 3 elevators for all the units - only one of the elevators was working the majority of our stay. This made getting the wagon and ice chest downstairs very time consuming and difficult. The property is dated and needs some maintenance. There was standing water on the walkways the entire stay (this was due to a leak not rain). The splash pad did not work for the majority of our stay which was unfortunate because our youngest was looking forward to it. The pool and outdoor amenities were crowded. We previously have stayed at a smaller property in Gulf Shores. This trip solidified that we prefer Gulf Shores and smaller properties. The pool closes at 11pm, which is fine except people were screaming and being rowdy well after 11. Overall, the interior of the condo was great and exactly as described. The overall property was lacking and very disappointing.

Fantastic!!

This condo was beautiful with a GREAT location and the owner was very helpful!! The condo is towards the state line and was far less crowded than the Phoenix resort we stayed in last time. This was by far my favorite of all the times we’ve been. The parking lot had plenty of parking and check in was so easy! You do have to pay $50 for a parking pass. The keypad was nice so not to have to keep up with an actual key for the condo. The queen room was big enough for my 19 year old twins. The kitchen was well stocked with what you may need and the ice maker on the fridge worked well. Ice is for sale ($6) but we froze water bottles instead. The trash chute is directly across the front door. Elevators were not a very long wait. The master bedroom was heaven! The mattress was a sleep number and so comfortable! The views from both the living room and bedroom sliding doors were amazing! The bathroom had a vanity separate from the shower/toilet making getting ready easier. There is a closet on the balcony with tons of beach stuff. We used the wagon (it is a little wonky but served well enough) and 2 chairs. We rented 2 others. The rental workers were so nice too. The pool was very clean although it could get busy at times. Walking to the rock jetties was a daily activity to find cool shells. We had one minor bathroom issue caused by the condo upstairs and the owner responded within seconds to have it handled. She also messaged about 4th of July activities! Will definitely stay again!

cute condo

Our condo was great. I loved the peaceful decorations and felt very relaxed. Getting a parking pass was not easy. The online checkin for parking passes didn't work, and the front desk person took over 15 minutes to issue one. Besides that our stay was fantastic.
