Home away from Home

Very clean and nice updated home with two living floors. Worked out well for 10 of us to have two kitchens and separate tv areas. Close to restaurants and swimming.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic home.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The home was very clean and very well maintained. The hosts were the best! They were great with communication when I had questions before the trip as well as during the trip. If you are thinking about a stay in Lava Hot Springs this would be the place to stay. When I make the trip again, I know I will be staying.

Overpriced

This place was overcrowded trying to serve meals - hard to move in the kitchen area. There were no laundry facilities, which was much needed with children, etc., and not much area for the children to play outdoors. We had rented another ArBnb as well and paid half as much as we had to pay for this place. I felt this was way overpriced for what we got.

Spacious & Charming

This house is very large. We had 11 adults and 2 children and didn’t feel cramped in the slightest. Open concept with lots of rooms. The 2 kitchens were a dream since we are vacation cookers. The covered patio is adorable. The yard is beautiful and peaceful and just far enough away to be quiet and private. Also close enough to walk! Hosts were extremely accommodating.

The check in process was smooth but there was camera everywhere, I felt like this was an invasion of privacy. Also the outside trash cans were full when we arrived. The air conditioning was on a program could not adjust temperature it turned off at night the house got very warm.(miserable to sleep) the futons was very uncomfortable.

Perfect Location

The house was in excellent condition. It was by far the cleanest home away rental I have stayed in, which I greatly appreciate. The property owners go above and beyond with bedding, bath towels, blankets, and a fully loaded kitchen, everything you have at home to cook with you will find here. The location was perfect. Tons of parking. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your Lava gem with us.

Enjoy the benefits of being right in town, but located off of Main Street, so your stay will be Quiet and Comfortable! We offer an immaculate home with the comforts of home plus more! Bedrooms have premium mattresses with zippered dust/allergy protection covers, and topped with 2 additional clean mattress pads for your comfort and protection. Bedding is hotel quality, clean and crisp. Pillows have 2 zippered dust/allergy protection covers each, and are topped with pillowcases. Upstairs living room has a sofa pullout bed with a memory foam topper for added comfort. Downstairs Living room has 2 leather futons. 1 futon is extra-long for our tall guests! Bedding and pillows are provided for sofa-bed and futons. All sleeping areas are carpeted. Bedrooms all have closets and some with added dressers. Sleeping areas are warm and comfy! Windows with 2" blinds provide light during the day and privacy at night.
