This beachfront retreat is located on the third floor with elevator access and has been custom-designed to ensure a flawless stay. The comfortable living area features a large 60" smart TV with a Blu-ray player. The well-equipped, full kitchen with bar seating and an eight-seater dining table are perfect for meals or game nights with family and friends. The open concept floor plan grants easy access to the Gulf-front balcony from all shared living spaces.

Other essential amenities include a private full-size washer/dryer and an elevator in the building.

When you are ready to venture out, you will be conveniently located between Seaside and Watersound.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
