We welcome you with our favorite full bodied old vine zinfandel from Lodi, Cali (famous for their old vine zin)

We've got you covered! All three of your queen beds and both pull out queens are blanketed for blissful rest with a cushy, supportive mattress and plenty of pillows.

Very nice home with so much to do - perfect for families!

Was very impressed/pleased with this home away from home! The owners were wonderful to work with and we had a great time while there! My family enjoyed the darts, ping-pong table, Pac Man and all of the other games available...there was plenty of room for us to spread out while still feeling cozy. The decor was very nice and there were many extra touches that really made us feel welcome...the only minor complaint was the master bed, which was pretty noisy/uncomfortable, but otherwise we had a great stay. Would absolutely book it again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to connect with family!

The Ivey's are wonderful hosts!!!

This lovely Rowlett home is so comfortably appointed with warm design elements. The home is spacious and well laid out. Chase and Colette care about their guest's quality of stay, and think of everything to make the experience a special home away from home. Stocked with everything you need, and then some, with so many special touches for comfort and play. We made wonderful memories, thanks to our hosts. We will definitely book this home again for our family getaway!

Good crash pad

We booked this house to attend a wedding in Rockwall. It was a good location for that. Not much to do at the house or directly around it; everything is in Rowlett or Rockwall. The place is clean, but needs some updating. The AC is doesn’t pump enough to the bedrooms. Good place to sleep and make breakfast. They have a Keurig and provide pods, which is a nice touch. Owners make you start the dishwasher, laundry and take out the trash, which seems like the job of the cleaners (considering the cleaning fee)…not guests. Overall, I’d recommend the house if you’re looking for a place to crash and be generally comfortable. Probably not a place to hang out all day or night.

Quick Getaway Trip

Overall the home was nice and spacious. There were a few things I would change if I owned the property. The master bed was less than comfortable and seemed to be worn down, especially in the center. We could not get the oven to come on, but to be fair it may have been operator error. The second bath really needs frosted glass on both windows in the tub/shower. And the back yard needs a little TLC. But the a/c was awesome and the neighborhood was very quiet. And we were centrally located to the areas we wished to visit. Sent from my iPhone

Beautiful House BUT very Disappointed

Home was beautiful however when we arrived the floors were dirty, master bath had toilet paper pieces on the floor as well and the counter had water on it. One of the other bedrooms had dead bugs on the floor by the lamp. I left a message on the VRBO site and the Host called me and explained they had just been there to stock and sprayed the outside perimeter for bugs and that they must have taken in dirt off their shoes and her son washed his hands in the bathroom. I accepted that excuse and said oh okay that makes sense. HOWEVER as we started unpacking we started noticing that the counters in kitchen were dirty the holder that had the coffee, creamer, sugar was dirty and nasty, the table in the kitchen had food stuck on it and we wiped off the large table in dining room and it was so dirty it turned the paper towel black. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean, paper towels AND TOILET PAPER even though the Host said they had been there to spray and stock. there was 1 used roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and that was it witch is frustrating because there was 7 adults for 5 days! Plus we had to purchase more paper towels, wash rags to clean with AND we were not even able to cook because the ONLT skillet in the house was a small egg pan. The house at night was extremely hot because the AC kept resetting it self every nights so no one could sleep it was so hot and took so long to cool the house back down. The Master bedroom bed. It was AWFUL if you barely moved it made noise and it was wore-out in the middle my husband and I would end up in the middle of the bed in a V basically. Last we thought this was a non smoking house however on the patio had an ash tray okay not to much of an issue because it was outside but the garage were the games were also had an ash tray and it stunk so bad like cigarettes it was disgusting!!! We stay at a lot of VRBOs and Air B&Bs and we have NEVER encountered these issues before. This was not the experience we are use too and especially for the money we payed for this stay. I pray the Host reads this and fixes these issues for the next guest because other than buying food for cooking your guest should NEVER EVER have to go buy things for the house like we did nor should we have had to clean it like we did just so we could stay in a clean home!!

Great size

This home was good size for our family but to advertise as sleeps 10 and include the garage as a sleeping area was a stretch. The house was well equipped with linens and towels but could use more kitchen ware and a toaster. Overall everybody had a wonderful time with the games and the location was central to where we wanted to be.

Perfect stay for after our wedding!

Absolutely beautiful home, just as pictured! Thank you Mrs. And Mrs. Ivey for letting us and our guests stay in your home. Lots of space, super comfy beds, tons of great games/activities, and amenities were perfect for our wedding night! A wonderful memory for years to come. Thank you again! I Wish We Had More Time...

We had an awesome get together in Rowlett, but just not enough time. All my family and guest enjoyed themselves but we didn't get to use all the amenities. The help and communication from the owners was excellent and easy to understand. They made checking in a breeze... We look forward to visiting again!!!

Amazing service, amazing host, amazing communication, amazing place

Honestly this has so far been the best experience with a rental I’ve had so far, the host chase replied back within minutes of me texting him, he helped with absolutely anything i needed, the place was great, would definitely rent again, chase is ridiculously nice, ridiculously helpful, and has an amazing place, great neighborhood also.
