Kuhio Shores 115, frente al mar, a 10 pasos del océano!

I have to say that the pictures cannot do this property justice. Its location is everything. You will be steps away from the most popular restaurant from which to view the sunset -- we spent almost every evening on the grass off the patio, in comfy deck chairs, drink in hand watching that gorgeous fireball. You will be steps away from a tiny crescent of sand and snorkeling to rival poipu beach. From my own ground floor patio I watched surfers for hours, counted sea turtles, watched the waves and the occasional local net fisherman and watched the crazy, invasive parakeets make their sunrise and sunset migration. The South Beach of Kauai is really where it is at for access to the best of the island if you can bring yourself to leave your condo! The property itself is spotless, everything works, well appointed kitchen, thoughtful touches like a LONG drying rack in the shower for all those swim clothes, and chairs, floaties, a cooler and umbrella for the beach. When you open up all the windows, the trade winds blow through with the hypnotic sound of the waves less than 30 feet away. So romantic! You would be crazy to stay anywhere else <3

The Location says it All !

We have stayed at many VRBO properties. The key to a enjoyable stay are the following: accurate listing & description, clean & tidy, everything in good working order and good communications with owner. This VRBO had all of those qualities.

The views were exceptional. We saw turtles, surfers, incoming & outgoing tides, sunsets and even a double rainbow. Don't forget to step out of the lanai at night to see the stars! Walking about 100 yards to the west leads to a small sandy beach with easy snorkeling access. The grass outside of the unit is nice to hang out on. Although the A/C was not needed all the time, it functioned very quickly when used.

This was our first stay on Kauai and we did the following (ranked in order of favorite):

Helicopter tour 50 minutes with Maverick (excellent)

Na Pali Coastal Tour with Na Pali Catamaran (excellent)

Waipo'o Falls hike (awesome)

Kuyak Wailua River to Secret Falls ( super fun)

Costal hike from Gillians beach & cave to Ha'ula Beach (beautiful and deserted beaches)

Smith's Lua (predictably entertaining)

We stayed at this condo for 8 wonderful days. It is clean, comfortable and perfect. The location is amazing with the ocean views, turtles daily right next to you, lots of fun surfing to watch, and very tranquil. There are many highly walkable options around it, including a beach and snorkeling steps away, a wonderful restaurant, and shave ice. Shopping and other places to eat are super close. Beautifully maintained property! Great instructions on everything. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality, which includes a "how is everything/" call from them upon arrival!

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the sound of the ocean and walking around the area! Crazy fun spotting whales, turtles, dolphins and fish by the reefs.
