Visiting Black Point

We arrived by boat which complicated getting family off the boat and into the house on a very windy day. Kids that came by air had luggage taken to the house so that worked very well. Took away a star on listing due to the washing machine being inoperative. Krystal was off the island but still very responsive to any messages. Would recommend the house for those wishing to visit Black Point.

Amazing vacation

Great house for 3 couples. Kristal is a fantastic host. She made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. Beautiful location on Black Point.

Great House!

We had a wonderful time at the Anchorage Luxury property! The layout of the rooms and size of the home was perfect for two families and the laundry room was a bonus! The view of the beach from the back porch is amazing, especially in the early mornings and evenings! We were all very comfortable and both families had their own privacy with two en-suite bedrooms. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! It was truly the perfect place for us!

Fall get away

This is our second time at this property and it was great again! This time there were 6 of us so the space was perfect for our group with room to spare. Additionally we coordinated to have the cottage provisioned with food and drinks and that worked out perfectly. We love Black Point!

Last minute get away

Great, spacious cottage. Amazing views. Kristal was very quick on responding to every question and was super helpful on every aspect. Highly recommend this place.

Memorable Stay

Anchorage is raised and overlooks Blackpoint bay with an arresting view and feeling. The wrap around balcony makes sure you never miss the spectacular view dotted with boats and the varying shades of blue for which the Exumas is so well known. The hauntingly quiet and very rural village surrounds and it adds the feeling of total getaway. House is spacious and good for medium size group. Host is very accessible and Risa and Breadboy go out of their way to make sure you have an extra memorable stay. Lovely spot.

Incredible location!

We stayed here because the properties at Staniel were all booked. Boy am I glad we did. The location is unbearable and the house was incredible. Breadboy and Risa were very helpful with getting us a golf cart and a boat dock. The house is right on the beach in the big bay. We saw everything in the and even enjoyed a day away from our boat just relaxing at the house. We will be going back for sure. Book with confidence, this place is great!
