Perfect place to stay at the Jersey shore. We had such a wonderful relaxing and fun Labor Day weekend. I would highly recommend and would stay again!

The location was great- a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, amusement park and water park. The condo was a good size for 6. There was decent parking for 2 cars in the garage- although a little tight pulling in and out. The pool was a nice bonus! Overall, I highly recommend this unit for a nice stay.

Great Location to boardwalk and beach. Very clean! Condo is on 2nd floor and well equipped. However there were no bath towels , only beach towels. Plenty of bedding linens. Plenty of space for sleeping. The TV in one of the bedrooms is outdated and we didn't use. Main living room has a nice TV where you can access streaming and some cable. I would definitely stay here again. The Landlord replies very quickly when needed. The pool is small and shared by other neighbors. The neighbors are very friendly especially when you respect the shared spaces. Be respectful and kind and they won't give you a hard time! Garage parking was great however very narrow along with the entry to the place.

Great weekend getaway

My family was in the area for a few days and this was a great experience. The pool was amazing and you are simply a half block from the boardwalk and other activities. The small porch was great to people watch or have coffee and enjoy the mornings. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location for a beach getaway

Had a great week, property was clean, instructions on checking in and managing trash/etc. were super clear and the kids had a blast on the boardwalk, at the pool and of course the ocean. Super responsive and helpful host. We were working so we bought an Ethernet cable and WiFi extender to stay connected and do video ca uswatching TV.

Mixed Reviews…

For future renters, this place is not handicapped accessible. On the images, it looks like everything is on one level but the apartment is 2 flights up which created a difficult time for my mother who needs assistance. Also, there was really only one beach chair, the others were loungers and folding chairs that would be fine for the pool but too heavy to carry to the beach. The pool and apartment are definitely smaller than they appear in the images. The kitchen is not meant to cook family dinners…very limited counter space. The bedrooms lacked any decor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms had no dresser or cabinet to store your clothes which is compounded by the fact that every closet is full. On the positive side..the apartment is centrally located to all the action and was clean. I loved having the accessibility of the washer and dryer for laundry and the owner was very quick to respond to messages. One thing I found concerning was that during our visit, the town inspectors had to come to inspect the property. Heinformed us that we were not supposed to be staying there because he was the one that provides the certificate of occupant. The owner says he has it???

Clean Condo Close to Beach

The condo was clean and felt larger than the pictures portrayed. It was close to the beach and had a private heated pool which was enjoyable for us and our young children.

Summer vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The location was perfect. Not even a full block away from the boardwalk. Perfect for traveling with younger children, as we packed up the beach wagon and were able to cross the street and walk directly onto the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved sitting on the balcony at night (even got to see some fireworks) just a short walk to lucky Leo’s which is my kids favorite thing to do on the boardwalk. 2 car parking was a bonus, Pool on site for the evenings after the beach. Highly recommend, 10 stars!!!

Great stay

This was our first time renting a VRBO, and it was smooth, exactly as described. Very nice unit one block from the boardwalk and beach. Easy to communicate with owners.

Labor Day Weekend @ Seaside Heights

The place is nice clean and spacious. Easy access to beach , boardwalk shopping nightlife and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Review

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable and the unit and the grounds were very clean. However, a little more direction would have been nice. Such as - how to dispose of garbage and recycling. There was only one garbage can on the grounds which I later learned belonged to one of the owners (who was quite upset that I used it).

Not as expected

The condo was not very clean and it's very small for 4 adults and 2 children. The toaster and ice making machine didn't work at all. There were a few small towels (nothing close to beach towels) and a few random chairs. They don't offer beach tags like most other condos and it's $35 a week for each. The "couches" in the living room were futons and very uncomfortable to sit on. We kept falling through to the floor. The tvs in the bedrooms had no cable and there was no closet in one bedroom and no dresser in the other. Very disappointed and won't be going back.

Best shore vacation ever!!

I’m usually not one to write reviews. I am writing this one because it is so well deserved. The property was spotless. First thing I always look for. The location was fabulous and the pool was beautiful. I did not want to leave. My family and I had the best time with no worries as the door has a deadbolt and the unit is very secure. The owner is a gem. He keeps his unit very well maintained and is very efficient & effective in handling any issue’s your may encounter. The parking is safe and secure. The kitchen was beautiful. I made sauce and meatballs for family dinner. All appliances worked and linens, blankets, sheets towels were all laundered and clean. I would have stayed all summer if I could have. My family and I can’t wait to return next summer. Thank you William for providing a safe clean environment for us all. We treated your unit as if it was our own and your hospitality was greatly appreciated. See you next summer😃

Awesome long Jersey Shore weekend

My first Seaside Heights stay. I’m from NJ & have visited many NJ beaches. Beach at Seaside Heights is clean, the beach itself is a good size & easy to walk. Sand is soft and white in some areas & it’s a bit more coarse with small rocks when you’re closer to the boardwalk. The lifeguards were great & it was safe. Boardwalk is fun, it has everything & anything you could want on a boardwalk from rides, food, games! We played at casino pier, casino pier waterpark & a few of the arcades. The condo was very clean! Which is very important to me. Everything you need is at the condo which is a plus. Literally everything like you are at home. Every amenity is there in the kitchen, towels, linens. We swam in the pool, which is heated & clean. On-site parking was a plus. Having garage parking was perfect. The location is busy & can be noisy at night. It’s in the heart of Seaside so the convenience can’t be beat. You can park your car for the entire stay & walk to everything you need & want to do.

Condo in Seaside Heights

I was very impressed with my VRBO experience. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was great. William answered my text question promptly. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was an added bonus.

Lovely condo short walk to beach & boardwalk

We rented this condo for a 3 day weekend. It was awesome! It was modern , comfortable , clean and had lots of amenities like pool beachchairs and umbrella bbq. The two car garage was an extra and most helpful perk. We will rent again when heading to the shore!

Property exactly as listed. Property had everything we needed for our stay Great location. One block to boardwalk. 2 car garage👍🏻, beach chairs and umbrellas available. Even had 3 bikes available. Pool small but we were the only ones there after the beach. Didn’t get the car out of the garage til we were ready to leave. Owner was very responsive and helpful as I had never used vrbo before. You won’t be disappointed
