Sweet! In a cozy neighborhood and less than one mile from the Buckner Gallery - where we attended a 4- day workshop.Also convenient to Ashville as well as the BlueRidge Parkway. Nice to be able to prepare some of our meals.

An adorable little cottage. Very bright and clean. We enjoyed meals on the screened porch and also out on the patio. It was centrally located for our visit to the Biltmore Estate and Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. It is within walking distance of downtown Waynesville. Make sure to check out Mast General Store and Lake Junaluska.

Quaint, quiet, clean and private. Owner was very responsive for request for more coffee pods. Otherwise had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay here again.

The location & grounds of the studio unit was great. We loved the screened in porch area for reading. The hostess replied to any concerns very quickly, both before & during our stay.

Great location for a low-key weekend

The cottage was a great base camp for our long weekend. Tons of local eateries to check out, and close enough to Asheville to hit our faves there, too. Super clean, great shower.

Excellent place to stay when enjoying the NC mountains. House was very clean, and located convenient to downtown Waynesville. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Good location and just the right size for us

We've stayed here several times over the years. It is our "go to" place to stay in the Waynesville area. Close to Main St where many of the restaurants and shops are. Only about 1/2 Hour to Asheville. Comfortable for our short stays and for two people.

Waynesville Gem

The studio on Marshall was clean, quiet and cozy. Perfect for spending a few nights while exploring the area. Waynesville is lovely and this studio was in an ideal location for both driving and walking to restaurants, shops and the Parkway.

Quiet and comfortable

The studio rental was perfect for my husband and I’s needs. We were in Waynesville visiting family and spending a lot of time outside of the rental. The outdoor patios provided extra space to lounge and receive guests. There is another rental on the property on the opposite side of the outdoor patio (close). The connected private screened patio is very nice and overlooks the outside patio and adjacent rental. The owner responded very quickly to questions regarding the rental. The space is very clean. The street and neighbors are friendly and quiet. We will definitely stay at this rental again.
