Aloha and welcome to your beautiful new home-away-from-home at the Waikiki Banyan, just a couple blocks from Waikiki Beach!

This 9th floor unit of the Waikiki Banyan has been remodeled with tile and vinyl flooring, granite countertops, new cabinets, and bathroom.

Fully furnished with one Queen size bed, one pull out sofa bed in the living room, and an island countertop with chairs. *The sofa bed has been recently replaced and differs from the photos. Upgraded to a new memory foam pull out sofa bed.

The full size kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home: plates, glasses, silverware, full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc.

Free parking pass and free private wifi are both included for your entire stay!!! Additional parking is available for $43day* (*rates subject to change).

NOTICE: Recreation Deck Constructions Starts April 7 2025
The Waikiki Banyan Recreation Deck Construction project commences April 7 2025. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor seating, children’s playground, snack bar/restaurant, and BBQ area will be closed during the project. Some noise is to be expected during work hours.
The project has an estimated finish date of June 30 2026
Our rates have been significantly discounted for the inconvenience of the pool and recreation deck closure.
There is a large sheltered saltwater swimming area 2 blocks away on Waikiki beach for you to enjoy while the pool is closed.
We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Clean and simple in good location

Clean and simple condo in a convenient location, free parking very helpful. Furniture is a little old and not super clean but functional. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals and everything works. Laundry and garbage drop just down the hall. The lanai faces the pool so noisy during the day, garbage trucks below in the early morning. If you're not around during the day, not a big deal but I slept with ear plugs. The shower has a funky hair catcher so water backs up in tub unless you remove hair and is awkward to grab - more than one clean out per shower with long hair. A different tub drain set up would improve that.

Would stay here again

Great location, walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and farmers market. Very quiet, no noise or any disturbance (aside from the renovation construction going on, so very understandable) Post did indicate that theres an ocean view which it is not.

Escaping REALITY!!!

Was my first time seeing this and it is amazing the whole experience and AMBIENCE WAS AMAZING THE PEOPLE AROUND!!! It’s a great EXPERIENCE FOR ALL A FIRST CONVINCE TO BUSSES AND RESTAURANTS AND THE BEACH!!! I’m so sorry was construction going on but we need to take care of business it made it a little stink but all the BEUTY THINGS AROUND makes ignore all the noise repairs AMONG EVERYTHING IS AWESOMENESS AT ITS BEST THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Overall the unit was nice but a couple of things could be improved. The bar chairs are basically useless as they are too tall to be able to use them at the island, there was only one bread knife and no dust pan.

Another Deal

The barstools are too high thus you cannot sit at the kitchen island to eat or work. So I had to work and eat on the coffee table. Bad deal.

VRBO Waikiki Banyon

The VRBO was perfect for our needs in Hawaii. The instructions for check-in was very thorough, which we appreciated very much. We visited relatives and we were able to relax. The pool was not open during our stay, it would of been nice to know ahead of time.

Good place to stay in. Owner/Property mgt is not flexible with requests ex. salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar basic items to use in the kitchen.
