Sycamore Springs is a newly renovated & private cottage sitting on over 1acre. All new furnishings make this home away from home a cozy, clean & peaceful oasis! Enjoy star lit nights by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub with over 50 jets! Come enjoy the slower side of Franklin with easy access to all the fun & outdoor activities! Centrally located Between Nashville and Columbia and next-door neighbors with Leipers Fork & Franklin! We look forward to hosting you soon!

House was perfect for my wife and I and our 1 year old. Stocked with the essentials which was nice. Hot tub was awesome, with a small little "waterfall" that our daughter liked playing in. Very clean, and well kept. Loved it! Driveway is steep coming off the road, no problem for SUV or trucks but a car would need to be careful on the transition from the road, just fyi.

Perfect Getaway

My fiancé and I stayed here to attend a concert at the amphitheater and it was perfect. Clean and cozy. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely return.

My stay at this charming cottage was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, it was the perfect relaxing retreat we were hoping for.The property is even better than the pictures show! The cottage is cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. It’s clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was so inviting.Now, the highlight—the hot tub! Soaking under the stars after a day of exploring was pure bliss. It was private, well-maintained, and the perfect temperature. It truly made the trip special.Most importantly, especially these days, we were so impressed with the cleanliness. The "sanitized" promise is 100% accurate. The entire cottage felt sparkling clean and very safe, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation.The location was ideal for us—private and quiet, yet still a short drive to town for restaurants and activities. The owners were wonderful communicators, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had.We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can return. Relaxing getaway

This was the best place to stay for our girl trip! It was so clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area as well with the hot tub and lights. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do, but it also had a feeling of seclusion. It was the best of both worlds! We loved every minute and will hopefully be back in the future!

Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our 30th anniversary and loved it! The cottage is adorable and our host thought of everything! The place was spotless, cozy and so welcoming. It was centrally located to everything on our must see list and the area provided a beautiful scenic drive. We loved the hot tub and patio area and all the special touches! We plan to be back next year!

Dabney's place is adorable! Super cute, comfortable, clean. Had extras of everything! We loved being surrounded by trees. Enjoyed the hot tub while watching the leaves fall from the trees. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10

The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any inquiries we might have had. We had a great time, and hot tub was absolutely perfect. We utilized the grill and everything we needed to cook was available. Still close to everything we wanted to do in the area most things within a 10 to 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay again it was the cutest! Had a great time celebrating my 10-year wedding anniversary

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful cottage with much attention to detail. The beds were comfy, linens were nice. It was a such a joy to see lighting bugs, in the trees, behind the home at night. It brought back memories of childhood summers. The location was amazing. We spent one day exploring some of the smaller towns nearby.
