This condominium includes a kitchen fully equipped with all small appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils. The linen closet is fully stocked with bedding and includes a hair dryer. Air conditioning, a 55'' flat screen television in living room and 32'' TV in the bedroom and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Wireless internet and a cable TV are available for your use.

Mesquite Country Club is located minutes away from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. It hosts an 18 hole golf course, club house, tennis courts, swimming pools, beautiful walking/biking trails and more. The landscaping is perfectly manicured and consistently maintained.

This unit has ample parking situated steps away from the front entrance. Relax and enjoy your stay at our condo at little piece of paradise.

In order to ensure our safety and those of our guests, we are taking every precautionary and safety measures recommended by health and state authorities in regards to Covid-19.
Our Units are professionally cleaned and all frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes and handles are disinfected prior to your arrival. In addition We will follow CDC guidelines and keep our unit a minimum of 24hrs in between guests.
