The property is located in the heart of the Var region, 3 km from the village of Lorgues, on a 1.3-hectare plot of land on the edge of a forest, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal place to enjoy peace and quiet and nature.

The house is a former sheepfold, restored in 2024 in a classic style to preserve the charm of Provence. Its two living areas open onto a private, south-facing terrace, with no overlooked views, with access to the swimming pool below. The horizon is cut by the treetops typical of the region.

• A living room with a table, a wingback sofa, a coffee table, a small storage unit, and a Smart-TV.
• A separate bedroom with a 140x190 double bed (new bed base and mattress), two bedside tables, and a storage cabinet.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a sink, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave/grill, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, cutlery, and dishes.
• A bathroom with a sink, toilet, and 80x120 walk-in shower.
• A gravel terrace with a garden table, lounge chairs, and a parasol.

Only bed linen is provided.
The host provides a washing machine and an electric barbecue.
A reserved parking space is available nearby.

The 9x5 m swimming pool is open from May to September and enjoys a southern exposure. It is used sparingly by the hosts who live in the adjoining house and maintain the property. They are available to assist you during your stay.

░░░░░ ACTIVITIES ░░░░░

Your hiking, mountain biking, or road cycling excursions can start from the house (country roads and paths, GR51 (500 m), EuroVelo 8 route, visits to the iconic villages of Villecroze, Aups, Entrecasteaux, Cotignac, Ampus, and Tourtour).
The village of Lorgues is ideally located between the beaches of Fréjus and St-Raphaël (40 minutes away), and the deepest canyon in Europe (40 minutes away) (the Gorges du Verdon with the large St-Croix lake). The following cities on the French Riviera are within easy reach: Cassis (1.5 hours), St-Tropez (1 hour), Cannes (1 hour), Nice (1 hour 20 minutes), and Monaco (1 hour 40 minutes).

The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. No guests under 18 years of age are allowed. There is no air conditioning (fans are installed). The entrance doors are 186 cm high.

░░░░░ PROHIBITIONS ░░░░░

No smoking in the house or around the pool.
Accessories not specifically designed for swimming (e.g., inflatable mattresses) are prohibited in the pool.
Do not set up tents, hammocks, or other structures.
Parking caravans, campers, or trailers on the property is prohibited.
Only tenants are authorized to enter the property and use the common areas.
