I chose this property because of its close location to the Navy base. Great spot. The beach was beautiful. I love the location because it wasn’t a giant condo complex. Easy to get in and out of.

I was told that when the condo was ready, I would receive a text. I never did. I messaged to see if the condo was ready after check in time and I was told no but when I went and checked the door code, it worked and the condo was clean already. We also were told we would get a parking pass left in the condo for us to use in our car and it was not there and we never got one. Only one outlet by the master bedroom bed on both sides of the bed worked. So you could not have the lamps plugged in and a phone charger at the same time. There was no overhead light attached to the fan in the master bedroom to use either so you could unplug the lamps. There was NO WiFi at this condo and there was also no cable (that we know of). We reached out about the cable to be able to watch TV and got no response. The tvs were all smart tvs but no internet available to use them. The day before we checked out, our door code just stopped working. We also had to use another families beach gate access code the entire time of our stay because our access code did not work the entire time we stayed (we reached out two different times and each time a new code given to us did not work). Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Vacation

Loved this property it was super close to the beach. There were grills by the pool area which were gas so it was super easy to cook for a large group. It was clean and the staff and community were very friendly. We only ran into one minor issue which was the beach code to get in was incorrect but other folks had the same issue and were happy to share the gate code. Loved this place and would be back!

July visit

I love it that it was so close to the beach, but it would have definitely helped if I was given the right beach access code to the gate. I was not given a parking pass when I arrived, so I got a notice threatening to be towed although I was advised that my parking pass would be in my room when I arrived. There was also no scissors or can opener at all, which is minor but still a decent inconvenience.

Quick getaway for Spring Break

Overall great stay! Website description pretty much accurate. Loved that it's an ocean property and we had direct beach access! E12 I would recommend to others! Definitely love the decor and whole setup of the loft style apartment. Only suggestion would be to put a tv in the loft space.

Nice place

We booked this unit very last minute and we're pleasantly surprised at how nice and convenient it was. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby and the beach access is so close!

Panama Vacation

Only cons were refrigerator was dirty, and living room TV remote didn't work. Called Vacasa about it, but noone came to fix it. Other than that, great location, beautiful condo, super relaxing, great shower pressure. Would definitely rent again!!

No gate code

Received four different gate codes and never got one that worked. No gate code means no beach access unless a stranger happens to come around and help. Highly to not recommend.

Overall the condominium was very nice, it felt more like home. There was only a little inconvenience, the codes they gave us for the beach gate were wrong, but that's basically it.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was in a perfect location for us and had quick access to the beach. The pool was nice and the outdoor BBQ grills were a nice amenity. The condo was nice and we had a fantastic stay here.

Perfect short get away

This was my first time booking a condo for me and my friends and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and we loved that it was right next to the beach. We’re already talking about our next stay here! :)

We got what we paid for

Pros: loved having two beds, each with their own room/loft, separate from the living area. Loved having a balcony and lots of sunny windows. The beach access was close and the beach was absolutely lovely, and the unit had beach chairs available! We found a great place to eat nearby, Finn’s, which became part of our daily routine. Cons: poorly managed, missing parking pass (got it on our last day), dirty laundry left behind (no one came to remove it). As other reviewers noted, the beds are very soft, not a deal breaker on its own, but I was glad to have a bed to myself, otherwise I think both people would’ve sunk into the middle. The crowd on the beach was great but at night on the hallways, there were a lot of loud voices, arguments, and someone knocking on our door at 1am, that part did not feel relaxing or “away from it all”. There’s also a cigarette receptacle right outside the bedroom window where folks would congregate to chat and smoke at night, which felt a little too close (and smelly) for my comfort. We had a great time. But I would look harder, or choose building A or B (with beachfront balconies) if I came back to the area.

Nice location

Super cute condo. It is located on a not so busy end of Panama City. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Had a few issues with the cleanliness of the the condo. Vacasa reached out and assured us that it would definitely take care of the problem for the next visitors. The representative for Vacasa was very attentive to us during our visit. Overall the place and location were very good. We would stay here again.

Cozy but needs work

We first arrived to find the door not working properly, the bathroom fan didn’t work, back porch light was out, can light in kitchen was not secure, pots and pans are outdated and burnt, couch cushions were not secure because the zipper was broke, and the gate code they gave us to the beach didn’t work. That’s just a few items. Now Vacasa is giving me the run around saying that someone completed the work order , which never happened. The place could be real nice with a little TLC , and if I was the home owner I would reconsider who your using for a property rental company. Also they strait lied to me on the phone saying they sent someone out to help me get in my room, which no one did. They just offered me a $20 refund 😂 what a joke. $700 wasted
