For the Foodies, the unit offer a Full Chef’s Kitchen which includes All-Clad Pots and Pans, Ninja Blender, Dishwasher amongst many other things. For those looking to enjoy the beach, we have 4 beach chairs, coolers and beach games/toys for both children and adults.

- Pack n Play Crib with additional comfort mattress available for those traveling with infants.

- Rental includes a private parking spot within the confines of the building.

Please note we have a security camera located at the entrance to our unit used to monitor access to the condo. It is right outside the entrance door and monitors the public area around the elevator/hallway. We allow a maximum of 4 guests. You will be charged $100 per person per night if there are more than 4 people spending the night. We also allow a maximum of 6 people in the unit during the day. Parties are strictly forbidden.

The neighborhood:

- Located right on El Alambique Beach, one of the most travelled to beaches in Puerto Rico, and is a short walk to Pine Grove beach.

-Building is walking distance to hotels (El San Juan Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Intercontinental), Restaurants, Shopping and Nightlife

- Condado and Old San Juan are a short 15 min drive away.

- While a rental car is recommended for families looking to explore the island and all it has to offer, you can easily get around via Uber or walking.
