This house is beautiful and newly renovated, it’s so comfortable! I would highly recommend the house itself. I would just recommend looking into the neighborhood location before booking. Other than that the house is great!

The floor was not so clean, the kitchen trash can was in a room inside the closet, the towels were in the dryer, but that was it apart from that we were very satisfied with the property and enjoyed it very much, we recomend it.

Cute and Clean

The house was wonderful! We loved the short distance to Lido Beach, and the interior was spotless and well-organized. Unfortunately, the neighborhood wasn't ideal and the house rules felt restrictive.

Excellent place

So far, this is my favorite rental home. It's conveniently located, nice and clean. It has a washer and dryer, which is a plus after a day at the beach. It has all the beach essentials you need. I will definitely stay here again.

The hosts thought of everything. It’s super new and clean with comfy beds, great shower pressure, and you are located close to everything. It is safe and really comfortable. We would stay here again.

Stopover in Sarasota

Inside the property was very good but could have been improved by the provision of kitchen utensils ( we did not like plastic glasses for example). Other places we have stayed in have left provisions for our use, that was not the case here. Outside area was very poor in a shabby neighbourhood as a result there was nowhere to dine outside.

Mother-in-law’s 95th Birthday

We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night.

Felt like home except we would have liked more coffee pods😊. Well equipped and quite spacious. Nice sitting in the back on the patio and around the firepit. Well equipped with nice linens. Felt very safe. Highly recommend this home.

Great stay... property is exactly as advertised!

My 17-year-old son and I spent the last few days of our spring break trip at this property and loved it! The owner's communication was outstanding leading up to and throughout our trip. The property was spotless with an open concept, new appliances, modern TVs, comfy beds, etc. Quick access to downtown Sarasota, Lido Key Beach, grocery, etc. The description of the property is 100% match to our experience there. Highly recommend!

Great Girls Getaway!

We loved our stay! The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated, clean and welll stocked. It was a great place to enjoy some downtime. The location was super convenient for downtown Sarasota and close to the beach. Would love to come again!

Sarasota Rosemary District 18th St.

This property was great. Its a brand new house and is exactly as described. The access to the garage was great so I could leave my bicycle and golf clubs there and the car overnight. I found the place extremely spacious and comfortable and having two big tvs was very convenient. If I were to suggest one minor improvement it would be to have some wine glasses even stemless plastic ones would have been nice. the neighborhood is not quite walkable to downtown but its a very close hop in the car and some of the street is still a bit a ways from being gentrified and that is likely the reason the pricing is very reasonable. I would likely stay there again if available in a heartbeat
