Modern updated Tybee Island condo with ocean views of South Beach, Tybee Island from your balcony. Relax in style in this spacious two bedroom, two bath beach home just steps to the sand! Perfect get-a-way for families, friends, couples or solo travelers with all the essentials for a island retreat. You are walking distance to all the south beach shops, restaurants and nightlife. Park the car, ride bikes on the beach, rent a golf cart to cruise the island or easily walk everywhere you'll want to go!

Island Vacation Rentals has a supply of beach gear & carts available for you to rent, exclusively for our guests only! Please let us know asap if you would like to rent any items not provided by your rental home. Your added rental items will be waiting for you upon your arrival inside your rental and will be picked up after your departure. If you would like to rent a island golf cart, we will deliver to you at your set time to sign the paper work and give you the keys. You will find our rental prices are less than others on the island as a perk for our guest! Supplies are limited and first come first served.

Overall the condo was adequate. However there were quite a few issues. While the rental has obviously been renovated and refurbished, some of the furnishings were of very poor quality. For instance, on the first day of our stay, the coffee table completely collapsed after setting a very light-weight bag on it. Also, the curtain rod in the spare room fell out of the wall because it was not properly secured. Throughout the property, the electric sockets were not properly installed as well, with only one screw in several. The kitchen was another story. While it looked great, there were not proper cookware and there was barely any silverware. One of the appealing features of the property was the kitchen as we planned to cook our meals there to save money. Finally, the "new" dishwasher did not work and we washed dishes on our vacation. Not fun. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. This property needs some attention though.

Great location! But, shower head in hallway bathroom needs replacing Bad..... Sofas in main living room need replacing.... Mattresses in both bedrooms, not that Good. The unit was updated nicely, especially the kitchen.

My husband and I came with our son and daughter in law. We had a lovely visit. The apartment was clean and as advertised. Close to the beach and restaurants . The price was reasonable. We would stay there again!

Family Friendly Weekend

My husband and I as well as our 2 year old toddler had a fantastic stay in Tybee. This unit provided everything we could need with updated appliances and a large couch for post beach movie times. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach with a spigot at the bottom of the communal stairs to rinse off your feet. We will be back!

Relaxing stay

Very nice condo. The tub was slow to drain, but my favorite thing was having a washer and dryer in the unit. We didn't spend alot of time there but it was very comfortable to sleep in and spacious. They have movies and games, as well as seating outside on the front balcony. We would stay here again!

Ahhhhh beach weekend

We had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and modern with a nicely equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we had ample storage space. There were plenty of towels for the beach, which was nice. It was very close to the beach and had parking for two vehicles. (Which was GREAT) We would stay there again.

Do not waste your money

My double wide is in better shape and has nicer furniture. furniture looked like it was from garage sales. no large pot 10- 12 quart to boil shrimp { this is the beach} parking access very difficult shower handle broken, towel bar broken light fixtures miss matched, floors so out of level doors tops are used to keep doors from self closing. Does VBRO not look at these properties before you list them. i do know how this property passes its yearly fire Code inspection, to many things not code compliant.

Have not stayed at Tybee in several years. Tybee still has that great beach town feeling. The condo is in a great location and very functional. We would stay there again without a doubt!

Tybee Island stay

The place was very clean and we were surprised and pleased with all the extras that were provided - beach towels, needed things in the kitchen and household supplies. The beds were comfortable, too! Check out was a breeze. Thanks for helping make our stay pleasant!
