'Top of the Hill' Cute and Cozy Cottage with Hot Tub!

Only five miles from Conley Bottom Marina, this cute, newly remodeled, single-story house is on a private, shaded lot. There is ample off-street parking and room to park a smaller boat (bass boat size). There are two public boat ramps within one mile to launch your boat (seasonal) and offer swimming and fishing opportunities too!

A large, inviting deck outside the patio door offers outdoor dining and entertaining. An outdoor firepit is available for evening gatherings to roast hotdogs, marshmallows, and enjoy with friends and family.

Soak away your aches and pains in the outdoor hot tub which seats up to four.

Located in a quiet neighborhood on a ridge above Cumberland Lake. This is a great area for walking, jogging, bird watching, and wildlife viewing.

Owners are close by and easy to reach if you have any questions or needs during your stay.

No pets allowed, due to severe allergies.

Security cameras on site to monitor driveway and entry.

Cumberland lake house

The place was clean, beautiful & peaceful . Very convenient location for boating on Cumberland . We will pick this place again when we make a trip to Cumberland

Great little getaway

My husband and I came for a quick getaway from the city. We loved the little cottage. So clean and gorgeous inside. Loved the setting and hot tub ! We will definitely be back . Fast communication with the host. Definitely recommend.

Perfection.

This was this the most perfect place for our long weekend stay on lake Cumberland. The property is gorgeous and conveniently located close to the lake. Victoria was an amazing host with step by step instructions to everything. She has everything there anyone should need. 5 stars just aren’t enough!!!

Perfect for a girls trip!

This rental was very cute and extremely clean. It had everything we needed and was in a convenient location to the marina where we rented a boat. Everything was easy to access and the rental process was smooth. I loved the hot tub, that tyoe of lid is very easy to open and close.

Gorgeous house.

This home was perfect for our 5 day getaway. The owners were very helpful and we had everything we needed included in the house. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be booking again.

This property sits at the top of a short hill, has wonderful large shade trees and a breeze during the hot summer days. During the winter there are views of the lake and gorgeous sunsets.

Dining, gas stations, and shopping can be found about 10 miles away in the town of Monticello. Further away, the city of Somerset offers many more shopping, dining, and entertainment venues.
