The home has a finished basement game room with a poker table, ping pong and plenty of board games. This smart home also features high end technology such as a movie theater with 4k Dolby Atmos surround sound.

Bedrooms & Baths:

Mezzanine Floor:
The 6br/3.5 bath home is three levels, connected by staircases. The top (2nd) story (mezzanine) has 2 bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom. There’s also a sleeper sofa on the mezzanine. All bedrooms have soft, sumptuous top of the line linens and bedding.

Main Floor:
The main floor has the master bedroom with king bed and full ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a romantic gas fireplace and beautiful arched window that overlooks the lush meadows and bucolic woodlands. The ensuite master bath has two separate granite vanities, well-lit arched mirrors, and walk-in glass steam shower.

On the main floor, there is also a kids bedroom with a trundle bed and half-bathroom off the kitchen.

Basement:
The finished basement has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed that opens out to the terrace, and one with queen-size bed. There’s a full bathroom in the basement as well.

Pleasant Valley is a historic, rural-suburban community first established in 1821. This safe, quiet neighborhood is primarily agricultural, farmland and equestrian land, with newer upscale residential developments. It’s scenic, peaceful and full of natural beauty. Pleasant Valley is a 2-hour drive from Manhattan. It’s near Poughkeepsie where there is access to Metro North (Train). Enjoy wonderful dining, farm-to-table restaurants and plenty of cultural attractions in Poughkeepsie.
