You will be amazed that such a private property with a beautiful lawn, large deck, tree swing and creek frontage can be so convenient to literally everything. With in 10 minutes is the Dimond Center Mall, Costco, Target, Taku Park and Lake, Campbell Creek Trail, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Ted Stevens International Airport is less than 15 minutes away.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and set up with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

There is an office with a desk and printer if you need to get some work done during your stay.

The kitchen is bright, and the bar seats three so people can keep you company while you cook.

Vacation Stay

Nice property

Nice property, no issues with anything, enjoyed the coffee in the morning. I’d stay here again with my family, if I ever get to come back to Alaska.

Great stay in Anchorage

The house was great and our stay was wonderful, my only concern was that there were towels and glasses for four and we had six people. I would still recommend this place for anyone who visits Anchorage.

Friendly Host - Clean Place

We had a very brief stay here before heading out to visit Seward - the place was clean and welcoming and Kathy was very friendly and responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Great place convenient location

Clean and comfortable place. Would stay here again. The hot tub was great to soak in after a long day of sitting on the bleachers at my daughter’s wrestling tournament.

Fun trip

Creek Side got to belief salmon run it

Nice property. Main bedroom bed could be updated. Bonus- Wild West Guns just a few blocks away. Easy access to all parts of Anchorage.

Last Minute

Last minute decision to travel to Anchorage. Stayed one night due to distance of travel. Easy to book and the home was cozy. Location was within minutes of all our adventures.

Overnight stay

We only stayed one night, but the property was very clean and spacious. Beds, couches, etc. were comfortable. Neighborhood seemed nice and quiet, but wasn't far from downtown. After a full day of travelling, when we arrived we were looking forward to relaxing for a bit in the hot tub listed on the amenities, but it had been drained and was unplugged, so that was disappointing, but not a huge deal. Overall great place to stay!

Very nice place exactly as listed. The host is very nice and easy to work with. Great deck with a hot tub! We also saw a moose in the back yard! Highly recommend!

A Pleasant stay

Very clean and very spacious home ! The downstairs closets are huge! It had everything , from pots/pans, utensils, shower and washing products , and more . Would definitely rent again!

Steve and I have lived in Alaska all our lives. We've raised 5 kids and they all live here with their spouses and their own kids. We love Alaska! The mountains, ocean and lakes call to us to come play all the time.

We fell in love with the creek, huge private lawn and big deck with the hot tub. It's a beautiful oasis in the heart of Anchorage. We also love it that Tau Lake and Campbell Creek are so close.
